Description
Claims (9)
- 각열에 배열된 수직전송 CCD와, 각각의 전송게이트를 통하여 상기 각열의 수직전송CCD에 연결되는 광다이오드와, 상기 각열의 수직전송 CCD의 일단과 연결되는 상선의 수평전송 CCD와, 상기 상선의 수평전송 CCD와 하선의 수평전송 CCD의 일단을 서로 연결시키는 연결부와, 상기 하선의 수평전송 CCD의 타단에 연결되는 하나의 출력부와, 상기 상, 하선의 수평전송 CCD 사이에 형성되는 제어게이트를 포함하는 정상상 및 거울상을 위한 고체촬상소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제어게이트는 제어신호에 의해 전송 또는 비전송의 상태가 되는 정상상 및 거울상을 위한 고체촬영소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 제어게이트가 전송상태인 경우 상선의 수평전송 CCD의 신호는 제거게이트를 통하여 하선의 수평전송 CCD에 전송되는 정상상 및 거울상을 위한 고체촬영소자.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 제어게이트가 비전송상태인 경우 상선의 수평전송 CCD의 신호는 연결부를 통하여 하선의 수평전송 CCD에 전송되는 정상상 및 거울상을 위한 고체촬영소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제어게이트가 전송상태인 경우 정상상이 출력되고 제어게이트가 비전송상태인 경우 거울상이 출력되는 정상상 및 거울상을 위한 고체촬영소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제어게이트가 전송상태인 경우 거울상이 출력되고 제어게이트가 비전송상태인 경우 정상상이 출력되는 정상상 및 거울상을 위한 고체촬영소자.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상선의 수평전송 CCD의 신호는 하선의 수평전송 CCD에 병렬 전송되는 정상상 및 거울상을 위한 고체촬영소자.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상선의 수평전송 CCD 채널의 전위는 동일한 게이트에 의해 형성된 하선의 수평전송 CCD채널의 전위보다 높은 정상상 및 거울상을 위한 고체촬상소자.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상선의 수평전송 CCD의 신호를 하선의 수평전송 CCD에 직렬전송되는 정상상 및 거울상을 위한 고체촬영소자.
