- 고형분 함량 10∼35%인 토마토페이스트 20∼50중량%의 전분 20∼40중량%, 물 20∼40중량%, 설탕 3∼8중량%, 소금 2∼5중량%, 양파 분말 0.2∼0.8중량%, 식초 1∼5중량%, 카라기난 0.2∼1중량%, 오레가노, 베이실, 후추 각각 0.2∼0.5중량% 및 천연적색색소 0.05∼0.5중량%로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 고형피자소스.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
