Claims (8)
- 콘택소자를 가진 2개의 상보 하우징부 및 작동부재(4,40)를 포함하고, 상기 하우징부중 하나는 플러그 수용부(2)로서 삽입채널(21)을 형성하며 다른 하우징부는 플러그(3)로서 그것의 외부윤곽이 삽입채널에 매칭되고, 상기 작동부재(4,40)는 작동시 예정된 변속율을 가진 기어장치(25,35,75,76)를 통해 플러그를 플러그 수용부 내로 또는 플러그 수용부로 부터 외부로 이동시키도록 구성된, 플러그 타입 전기 커넥터에 있어서, 작동부재가 길이방향으로 이동되는 슬라이더(4)이며, 플러그 수용부(2), 플러그(3) 및 슬라이더(4)에는 각각 하나의 치형부가 제공되고, 상기 치형부는 상기 부품중 2개에는 각각 래크(25,35,45)형태로 접속되고 제3부품에는 톱니바퀴(7)형태로 회전가능하게 지지됨으로써, 상기 톱니바퀴(7)가 두 래크(25,45:25,35)에 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그타입 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 톱니바퀴(7)가 플러그(3)에 지지되고 플러그 수용부(2) 및 슬라이더(4)의 각각 하나의 래크(25:45)에 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 타입 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 톱니바퀴(7)가 슬라이더(4)에 지지되고 플러그 수용부(2) 및 플러그(3)의 각각 하나의 래크(25,35)에 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 타입 전기 커넥터.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 톱니바퀴(7)가 상이한 피치의 2개의 크라운기어(75,76)를 가지며 상기 크라운기어를 통해 상응하는 피치를 가진 래크(25,35)에 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 타입 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치형부가 변하는 피치에 의해 삽입 방향으로 변하는 변속율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 타입 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 한편으로는 플러그 수용부(2)에 그리고 다른 한편으로는 슬라이더(4) 또는 플러그(3)에 로킹부재(41:22)가 제공되고, 상기 로킹부재(41:22)는 삽입운동의 종료시 하우징부(2,3)를 로킹시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 타입 전기 커넥터.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치형부가 슬라이더(4)를 가진 하우징부(2,3)의 마주 놓인 측면에 각각 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 타입 전기 커넥터.
- 제7항에 있어서, 2개의 슬라이더(4)가 스트립(40)을 통해 서로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 타입 전기 커넥터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
