Claims (5)
- 하우징의 내부에 고정스크롤부재의 기판을 일체로 형성함과 동시에 그 기판의 표면에 고정측와권부를 일체로 형성하고 그 고정스크롤와권부의 외단부를 하우징의 내주면에 연결되도록 일체로 형성해서 광폭부를 형성하고, 가동스크록기판의 표면에 가동측와권부를 설치한 가동스크롤부재 및 전기한 고정스크롤부재의 양측와권부를 소로 각도를 비스듬하게 함과 동시에 양 와권부측벽이 접촉하도록 설치하고. 전기한 가동스크로 부재를 자전을 저지시킨 상태로 원궤도상을 공전운동시켜서 양와권부 사이에 형성된 밀폐된 유체 포켓을 와권부의 외단부로부터 중심부로 이동시킴으로써 전기한 유체포켓내의 용적을 축소시키는 스크롤형압축기에 있어서, 전기한 가동측와권부의 외주면과 하우징의 내주면과의 사이에 형성된 흡입실과 흡입행정중이 전기한 유체포켓등을 흡입압력의 손실이 발생하지 않도록 항상 연결하는 연결로가 전기한 광폭부, 하우징 및 가동스크롤기판 가운데 적어도 하나의 부재에 설치된 것을 특징으포 하는 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 고정측와권부의 외단부에 형성된 광폭부에 대하여 흡입실과 흡입행정중의 유체포켓을 연결하는 연결홈을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 연결홈은 흡입실만큼 얇아지도록 테이퍼형으로 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 연결로는 전기한 광폭부에 접근해서 하우징의 내주면에 형성된 오목부인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 압축기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 연결로는 가동스크롤기판의 바깥 가장자리에 형성된 오목홈인 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤형 압축기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
