Claims (6)
- 상호 미끄러져 접촉하여 밀봉유체를 밀봉하는 회전시일링(40) 및 정지시일링(44)와, 이들 시일링중 한쪽의 시일링을 다른쪽의 시일링에 압력을 가하도록 세력을 가하는 스프링 부재를 갖추고, 상기 양 시일링의 한쪽에 평활한 밀봉단면을 형성함과 동시에, 다른쪽에 상기 평활 밀봉단면에 미끄러져 접하는 칼끝모양의 밀봉단부(40a)를 형성하게 되는 기계밀봉에 있어서, 상기 회전 시일링과 정지시일링은 모두 동일경의 축상에 배치되며, 또한 상기 밀봉단부(40a)를 그 가장자리면(40a3)에 대한 내경측 및 외경측의 각도가 모두 90도 이상 180도 미만의 각도로 설정된 형상으로 구성되는 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기계밀봉.
- 제1항 있어서, 스프링 부재가 밀봉유체공간(45)의 바깥측에 배치된 모노코일스프링(46)으로 되고, 2차 밀봉으로서의 패킹을 설치함과 동시에, 축심방향으로 신축가능한 V자형 밀봉에 의해 상기 패킹을 덮어 보호하도록 된 기계밀봉.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스프링부재가 밀봉유체공간(45)의 바깥측에 설치된 접시모양의 탄력판(48)로 된 것인 기계밀봉.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한쪽의 시일링쪽의 밀봉단부의 내경측 및 외경측의 각도가 105∼150도의 범위로 설정되어 있는 기계밀봉.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양시일링(40),(44)의 밀접면의 면적과, 평활밀봉단면(44a)의 압력받이면적과의 비에 따라 결정되는 균형비를 거의 영으로 함과 동시에 한쪽 시일링쪽의 밀봉단부 가장자리면(40a3) 폭(W)가 0.1mm∼0.3m의 범위로 설정되어 있는 기계밀봉.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 양 시일링(40),(44)의 평활밀봉단면(44a) 및 밀봉단부(40a)가 WC를 주체로 하는 초경합금, 탄소 및 탄화물계, 산화물계, 질화물계, 붕활물계 등의 세라믹 중의 1종 이상인 기계밀봉.
