Claims (12)
- 내연기관에 공급되는 연료의 공급 타이밍과 유량을 조절하는 조절수단(7)과, 엔진의 점화에 사용되는 고압을 발생시키는 발생수단(8)과, 연료공급 간격(S4), 연료공급 유량(t1) 또는 점화 타이밍(A1)중 적어도 하나를 제어하기 위한 제어수단으로 이루어지는 내연기관의 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은, 상기 엔진에 연결된 로우터(1)의 회전각도를 검출하기 위한 센서로부터의 출력신호에 의거하여 상기 엔진을 제어하기 위해 사용되는 신호의 사이클 타이밍(S2,S2',S4)을 셋팅하는 셋팅수단과, 사이클 타이밍(S2)에 의거하여 상기 엔진의 시동시 최소한 상기 점화 타이밍(A1)을 결정하는 결정수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 센서는 상기 엔진의 로우터(1)의 회전위치에 동기하여 각 실린더의 한 사이클 동안 세개의 신호(A,B,C)를 출력하기 위한 수단(1,2)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결정수단은 상기 세개의 신호중 제1신호(A)에 의거하여 발생되는 상기 점화 타이밍(A1)을 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 결정수단은 상기 제어장치가 비정상인 것은 검출할 때 상기 연산된 점화 타이밍(A1)에 의거하여 백업 점화신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결정수단은 상기 세개의 신호중 제2신호(B)에 의거하여 점화코일(8)의 일차 권선에 통전개시 타이밍(B1)을 연산하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 결정수단은 상기 제어장치가 비정상인 것으로 검출되는 경우, 상기 연산된 점화 타이밍(A1)에 의거하여 백업 점화신호를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 결정수단은 상기 세개의 신호(A,B,C)중에서 제1신호(A)에 의거하여 발생되는 상기 점화 타이밍(A1)과, 상기 세개의 신호에서 제2신호(B)에 의거하여 점화코일(8)의 일차 권선의 통전개시 타이밍(B1)을 연산하고, 또 상기 세개의 신호(A,B,C)중에서 제3신호(C)를 사용하여 제1, 2 및 3신호(A,B,C) 사이의 시간 간격(3t,t,2t)을 각각 측정함으로써, 각 실린더에서의 제1 및 2신호(A,B)를 판별하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 센서는 상기 신호(A,B,C)를 출력하는 픽업코일(2)로 이루어지고, 상기 로우터(1)는 상기 세개 신호에 대응하도록 상기 엔진의 각 실린더당 세개의 돌기를 가지고 있어, 상기 센서가 상기 엔진이 캠샤프트의 회전에 동기하여 상기 돌기에 면하게 되는 경우, 상기 세개 신호(A,B,C)를 생성하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 센서는 점화 배전기에 내장되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어장치.
- N세트의 실린더와, 엔진의 크랭크축에 동기하여 회전하는 로우터(1)와, 제어회로(3,4,5,6,7)를 통하여 로우터에 연결된 점화코일로 이루어진 내연기관의 제어장치에 있어서, 상기 로우터(1)는 복수의 실린더 갯수의 정배수개의 돌기를 구비하고, 픽업코일(2)은 상기 로우터와 소정의 거리 이격되어 있고, 대규모 집적회로(4)는 상기 픽업코일에 연결되어 있고, 구동회로(6)는 상기 대규모 집적회로로부터의 출력신호에 의하여 상기 점화코일의 일차 권선의 통전을 제어하기 위해 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 정배수가 3인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 제1구동회로(6)는 상기 대규모 집적회로(4)에 연결되어 상기 대규모 집적회로(4)로부터의 출력신호에 의거하여 상기 점화코일의 통전을 제어하고, 제2구동회로(7)는 상기 대규모 집적회로(4)에 연결되어 상기 대규모 집적회로로부터의 출력신호에 의거하여 연료분사를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 제어장치.
