Description

자동차의 디비젼바아 구조
제1도는 종래 자동차의 디비젼바아 설치상태도.

본 고안은 자동차의 디비젼바아에 관한 것으로서, 특히 디비젼바아의 외측, 돌출부위를 없애므로서 자동차의 미관을 향상시키도록 해주는 디비젼바아의 구조에 관한 것이다.
제1도에 도시된 바와 같이 자동차의 디비젼바아(division bar)(1)는 자동차 뒷문의 뒷문유리(3)와 고정유리(2) 사이에 설치되어 양부분을 경계지어주며, 뒷문유리(3)의 상.하강 동작을 안내하고, 또한 고정유리(2)를 지지해주는 역할을 한다.
제2도는 디비젼바아(1)의 단면을 나타낸 도면으로서, 디비젼바아(1)의 프레임(6)이 상.하부방향으로 대략 수직방향으로 고정되어 있으며, "H"자 형상의 프레임(6)의 일측은 고정유리(2)를 도어에 고정시키기 위해 고정웨더스트립(4)이 삽설되어 있다.
그리고, 프레임(6)의 타측방향에는 도어의 뒷문유리(3)의 상.하강 동작을 안내해주는 중공부(5a)를 내부에 형성하고 있는 중공웨더스트립(5)이 삽설되어 있다.
그리고 프레임(6)의 차체 외측방향의 폭(b)은 외부로부터의 외관을 고려해서 차량내측의 폭(c)에 비해서 훨씬 작다.
또한 디비젼바아(1)의 구조상으로 일정한 두께(a)가 차량 외측부분으로 드러나 보이게 된다.
이와같이, 종래의 디비젼바아(1)의 구조는 외관상으로 드러나 보이는 일정한 폭(b) 및 두께(a)를 가지므로서 외관상 자동차의 도어가 깔끔해 보이지 않았었다.
본 고안은 이러한 점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로서, 자동차의 도어가 외관상 미려해 보이도록 하는 것이 목적이다.
이러한 목적은 고정유리와 뒷문유리로부터 자동차의 내측으로 프레임을 설치하고 프레임 주위에 부착된 웨더스트립의 밀봉부가 뒷문유리와 고정유리 사이에 설치되도록 하므로서 달성된다.
이하 첨부도면 제3도 및 제4도에 의거하여 본 고안을 상세히 설명하도록 한다.
디비젼비아(10)의 프레임(50)이 뒷문유리(30)와 고정유리(20)의 차량내측으로 설치되며, 고정유리(20)는 접착부(60)에 의해 프레임(50)에 접착되고, 웨더스트립(40)은 프레임(50)의 외부형상에 맞도록 형성된 후, 프레임(50)의 외측에 부착된다.
그리고 웨더스트립(40)의 밀봉부(40a)는 뒷문유리(30)과 고정유리(20) 사이의 틈새에 배치되어서 외부로부터의 이물질이 유입되는 것을 차단한다.
이때 접착부(60)는 자동차 밖에서 보았을때 고정유리(20)를 통해서 보이게 되므로 외관상 지저분해 보이지 않는 깔끔한 재료를 사용하도록 한다.
또한 뒷문유리(30)와 고정유리(20) 사이의 밀봉상태는 웨더스트립(40)의 밀봉부(40a)에 의해서만 이루어지므로 충분한 기밀을 유지할 수 있도록 도면에 도시된 바에 한정받지 않고 필요에 따라 적절하게 변형할 수 있다.
그리고 웨더스트립(40)의 전체 폭은 뒷문유리(30)와 고정유리(20)를 통해서 보이기 때문에 되도록이면 폭을 좁게 하는 것이 바람직하다.
이와같이 종래의 디비젼비아(1)의 구조와 다르게 본 고안의 디비젼비아(10)는 뒷문유리와 고정유리 밖으로 돌출되는 부분을 없애므로서 자동차 도어의 외관을 미려하게 해주는 유용한 고안이다.

  1. 자동차의 고정유리와 뒷문유리 사이에 고정되는 디비젼바아의 구조에 있어서, 상기 디비젼바아(10)의 프레임(50)이 차량내측에 설치되며 상기 고정유리(20)는 접착부(60)에 의해 프레임(50)과 접착되며, 프레임(50)의 외부를 감싸는 웨더스트립(40)에서 밀봉부(40a)는 고정유리(20)와 뒷문유리(30) 사이의 틈새에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 디비젼바아 구조.
