Claims (37)
- 연소실(3)에서 발생된 연소가스에 의해 가열기(5)내 사실상 폐쇄회로내에서 가열되며, 가스화물질 또는 개질된 가스 및 가스화제에 대해 향류로 반응기(1)를 통해 흐르고, 그런 다음 재가열되기 위해 가열기(5)로 복귀되는 열전달입자에 의해 공정열이 공급되는 반응기(1)내에서, 가스화제를 첨가하여 액체 및/또는 미립자고체 가스화물질을 가스화하고 및/또는 가스를 개질하기 위한 공정에 있어서, 입자와 연소가스는 가열기(5)내에 배치된 적어도 하나의 격자(34, 34a, 34b, 34c, 34d, 34e)위에 유동층을 형성하며, 입자는 가열기(5)로부터 흘러나와 인접한 연소실(3)내에 유입하여 거기서 연소가스와 유동층을 형성하면, 입자는 연소실(3)로부터 흐름전달관(7, 7')을 통해 반응기(1)의 상부구역내에 유입하며 그리하여 흐름전달관(7, 7')을 통한 이 통과량이 반응기(1)에서 생성된 생성가스의 통과를 방지하는 시일(밀봉재)을 형성하며, 입자는 반응기(1)내에서 가스화물질 및/또는 개질될 가스와 하나 또는 그이상의 유동층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자의 통과량은 공기콘베이어(40)의 송출량조정에 의해 변경할 수 있고, 반응기(1)내 흐름전달관(7, 7')을 통해서 또한 공기예열기(13)내 흐름전달관(53)에 의해 조정할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체가스화물질을 공급실(11)내에 수송하고 거기서 운반가스(이송가스)에 의해 포획되어 그 가스와 함께 적어도 하나의 공급관(9)을 통해 반응기(1)에 공급되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기내에 있어 공급실(11)에 인접한 반응기 바닥위 및/또는 하나 또는 둘이상의 격자위에 차례로 배치된 유동층들이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자는 가열기(5)내로 다시 수송되기전에 연소실(3)을 위한 연소공기를 예열하기위해 공기예열기(13)를 통과하여 수송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 집괴된 및/또는 회분오염된 입자 또는 회분은 패쇄가능한 배출관(45, 45')을 통해 연소실(3)로부터 제거시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으호 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분사효과에 의해 흐름전달관(7, 7')을 통한 통과속도를 증가시키기 위해 제어가스를 제어노즐(49)을 통하여 흐름전달관(7, 7')의 출구개구(46)부근에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 고체가스화물질은 미립자 갱내탄, 갈탄, 이탄, 목탄 또는 생체유기물일수 있으며 및/또는 액체가스화물질은 중질 또는 경질 탄화수소 및 알코올일 수 있으며 사용된 가스화제는 예컨대 수증기, 용광로가스등의 CO2함유 폐가스와 같은 H2O 및 CO2함유물질일 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 예컨대 천연가스와 같은 가스상 탄화수소를 개질될 가스로 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서 연소가스는 연소실(3)에서 약 1350℃ 내지 1500℃의 온도에 도달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수증기를 가스화제로서 직접 반응기(1)에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가열기(5) 또는 공기 예열기(13)에 비하여 높은 압력이 반응기(1)내에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 직경 약 0.5㎜ 내지 3㎜ 범위의 실질적으로 구형인 입자를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화물 예컨대 산화알루미늄의 입자를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 물을 가스화제로서 반응기(1)에 직접 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응기(1) 및/또는 가열기(5) 및/또는 공기예열기(13)에 적당한 유동화 속도를 설정함으로써, 격렬히 운동하는 입자에 대한 자정작용이 입자자체에 또한 격자의 표면 및 각 용기의 내표면에 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 제1항에 있어서, 한 격자(34a, 34b, 34c, 34d, 34e)로부터 낮은 높이에 있는 인접한 격자까지의 입자수송은 소정직경과 소정높이를 가진 적어도 하나의 흐름전달관(37)을 통해 행해지게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
- 가열기(5), 연소실(3), 반응기(1) 및 가열기에 이르는 입자복귀도관(43)을 갖고 있는, 제1항에 기재된 공정을 실시하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 가열기(5), 연소실(3) 및 반응기(1)는 각각 실질적으로 수직방향으로 배치되어 있으며, 가열기(5)는 연소실(3) 상부에 연소실에 바로 인접하여 배치되어 있고, 적어도 하나의 격자(34a, 34b, 34c, 34d, 34e) 및 그 상부구역에 입자를 위한 분배기(41)를 갖고 있으며, 주변에 분포되어 있는 연료노즐(25)은 연소실(3)의 하부구역에 배치되어 있고 주변에 분포되어 있는 연소공기노즐(26)은 연료노즐하방에 배치되어 있으며, 흐름전달관의 입구개구(42)는 연료노즐(26)의 구역에 배치되어 있으며, 입자를 분배하기 위한 분배장치는 반응기(1)의 상부구역에 배치된 흐름전달노즐(7, 7')의 출구노즐(46)에 인접하여 이격되어 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 분배장치는 흐름전달관(7, 7')의 출구개구(46)에 인접배치된 오리피스판(47)및/또는 분배판(48)을 갖고 있으며 분배판은 출구개구(46) 또는 오리피스판(47)을 통해 작용을 받을 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 제어가스도관(51)에 연결된 적어도 하나의 제어노즐(49)이 출구개구(46)에 인접한 흐름전달관(7, 7')의 구역에 할당배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 반응기(1)에는 공급실(11)이 배치되어 있으며, 공급실은 적어도 하나의 공급도관(9)을 통해 반응기에 연결되어 있고 공급실은 운반가스용 연결도관(61)을 가진 하부실(53) 및 하부실위에 배치되고 다공격막(51)에 의해 하부실로부터 분리된 상부실(55)을 갖고 있고 또한 상부실은 가스화물질을 위한 연결도관(63)을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제21항에 있어서, 공급실(11)의 상부실(55)내로 뻗어있고 공급관(9) 및 측방 입구개구(67) 및/또는 출구개구(69)로부터 이격되어 반응기측에 배치된 덮개수단(71)이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제21항 또는 22항에 있어서, 가스화제를 위한 적어도 하나의 공급도관이 공급관(9)을 둘러산 외측관(37)에 의해 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 연소실(3)용 연소공기를 예열하기 위한 공기예열기(13)가 실질적으로 수직으로 배치되어 있으며 공기예열기의 상부구역은 복귀도관(15)을 통하여 반응기(1)의 하부구역에 연결되어 있고 그 하부구역은 수송도관(43)에 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 연소실바닥은 적어도 하나의 오목구역(44, 44')을 갖고 있으며 그 구역내로 폐쇄가능한 배수관(45, 45')이 개방되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 반응기(1)은 하나 또는 둘이상의 격자를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제18항에 있어서, 가열기(5) 및/또는 반응기(1)의 하나 또는 둘이상의 격자(34a, 34b, 34c, 34d)는 실질적으로 육각형세라믹 요소로 구성되어 있으며 그 각 세라믹 요소는 지지요소(35, 35', 35". 35''') 및 그 위에 놓이는 판상 덮개요소(36', 36")를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 유동화가스를 공급하기 위한 통공이 있는, 한 격자(34a) 또는 이격되어 서로 중첩된 수개의 격자(34a, 34b, 34c, 34d)를 갖고 있는 용기로 되어 있으며, 유도층내에서의 고체입자와 유동화가스사이의 열교환을 위한 고온 열교환기에 있어서, 상기 격자는 사실상 육각형인 세라믹요소로 구성되어 있으며, 각 세라믹요소는 지지요소(35, 35', 35", 34''')와 그위에 놓이는 판상 덮개요소(36', 36")를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온열교환기
- 제28항에 있어서, 지지요소(35 내지 34''')에는 그 측변부에 교대로, 인접하는 지지요소(35 내지 35''')에 있는 지지요부(353) 및 지지돌출부(352)와 공동작동할, 실질적으로 수평으로 뻗은 지지돌출부(352) 및 지지요부(353)가 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온 열교환기.
- 제28항에 있어서, 그 하면이 둥근천장형상인 격자(34a 내지 34d)를 구성하기 위해서, 중앙에 배치되는 높이가 작은 지지요소(35)로부터 출발하여 단계적으로 증가하는 높이의 지지요소(35', 35", 35''')가 반경외향 방향으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온열교환기.
- 제28항에 있어서, 지연요소(35, 35', 35", 35''')는 용기측벽에 고정되어 있는 스프링(358)에 의해 프리스트레스되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온열교환기.
- 제28항에 있어서, 지지요소(35, 35', 35', 35''')는 통공(351)을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온열교환기.
- 제28항에 있어서, 덮개요소(36, 36')는, 덮개 요소들이 서로서로 지지되도록 하기 위해서, 교대로 상이한 경사각 경사져 뻗은 측벽(361, 362)을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온열교환기.
- 제28항에 있어서, 덮개요소(36')는 균일히 분포된 다수의 통공(363, 364)을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 고온열교환기.
- 제28항에 있어서, 덮개요소(36'')는 입자수송을 위한 소정 직경 소정높이의 흐름전달관(37)을 갖고 있고 흐름전달관(37)은 중앙공통을 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온열교환기.
- 유동화가스를 공급하기위한 통공이 있는, 한 격자(34a) 또는 이격되어 서로 중첩된 수개의 격자(34a, 34b, 34c, 34d)를 갖고 있는 용기로 되어 있으며, 유동층내에서의 고체입자와 유동화가스사이의 열교환을 위한 고온 열교환기에 있어서, 상기 격자에는 입자수송을 위한 소정직경 및 소정높이의 적어도 하나의 흐름전달관(37)이 배치되어 있고 흐름전달관은 격자(34a, 34b, 34c, 34d)의 중앙통공을 통과하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고온열교환기.
- 제36항에 있어서, 흐름전달관(37)은 상기 격자의 덮개요소(36'')상부에 위치하는 큰직경의 흡입구역(371)을 갖고 있으며 및/또는 흐름전달관(37)의 흡입구역(371) 반대쪽단부는 중앙배출개구(373)가 있는 단벽(372)을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 고온열교환기.
