본 발명은 엔도텔린 전환효소로서의 아포리포프로틴 B의 용도에 관한 것이다. 아포리포프로틴 B는 그 자체가 엔도텔린 전환효소 활성을 가지며, 엔도텔린 전환효소 억제제를 선별하는데 있어서 유용하다.

  3. 아포리포프로틴 B로 이루어진 엔도텔린 전환효소를 대조 효소로서 사용함을 포함하는, 엔도텔린 전환효소 억제제의 선별방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 아포리포프로틴 B가 사람으로부터 수득된 것인 방법.
  5. 엔도텔린 전환효소로서의 아포리포프로틴 B의 용도.
