Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 소정량의 하나 이상의 분말 실리콘 수지와 하나 이상의 분말 페놀 수지를 혼입시켜, 마찰재료의 내열성이 높아지고 마찰 계수가 실제적으로 균일해지도록 한 수성지 슬러리 제형으로부터 생성된 다공성 섬유 기재를 포함하는, 실제적으로 습윤성인 환경에서 사용하기 위한 비석면 마찰재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유 기재가 소정량의 질화규소 입상체를, 마찰 안정성을 지닌 마찰재료를 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 추가로 포함하는 마찰재료.
- 제2항에 있어서, 다공성 섬유 기재가 소정량의 캐슈 넛 쉘액 입상체(cashew nut shell liquid particle)를 내마모성이 증가된 마찰재료를 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 추가로 포함하는 마찰재료.
- 제3항에 있어서, 섬유 기재가 아라미드 펄프 및 / 또는 섬유 및 면 섬유를 포함하는 마찰재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 페놀 수지가 약 3내지 약 80중량%(섬유 기재의 중량 기준)의 양으로 섬유 기재에 존재하고, 실리콘 수지가 약 10 내지 약 80중량%(섬유 기재의 중량 기준)의 양으로 섬유 기재에 존재하는 마찰재료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 섬유 기재가 아라미드 펄프, 플록(floc) 및 / 또는 섬유 약 3 내지 약 70중량%, 면 섬유 약 5 내지 약 70중량%, 충전재 약 5 내지 약 70중량%, 실리콘 수지 약 10 내지 약 80중량%, 페놀 수지 약 3 내지 약 80중량%, 캐슈 넛 쉘액 입상체 약 3 내지 약 25중량% 및 질화규소 분말 약 2 내지 약 25중량%(섬유 기재의 수성 슬러리 제형의 중량 기준)를 포함하는 수성 슬러리 제형으로부터 형성된 마찰재료.
- 제6항에 있어서, 섬유 기재가 아라미드 펄프, 플록 및 / 또는 섬유 약 3 내지 약 10중량%, 면섬유 약 30 내지 약 50중량%, 충전재 약 10 내지 약 30중량%, 실리콘 수지 약 25 내지 약 55중량%, 페놀 수지 약 5 내지 약 15중량%, 캐슈 넛 쉘액 입상체 약 3 내지 약 15중량% 및 질화규소 분말 약 2 내지 약 7중량%를 포함하는 마찰재료.
- 하나 이상의 실리콘 수지와 하나 이상의 페놀 수지를 수성지 슬러리 제형에 가하고, 다공성 섬유 기재를 형성시키고, 섬유 기재를 가열하여 페놀 수지와 실리콘 수지를 결화시킴을 포함하는 비석면 마찰재료의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 마찰재료가 이의 내마모성을 증가시키기에 충분한 밀도로 압축되는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 섬유 기재가 소정량의 질화규소 입상체를, 마찰 안정성을 지닌 마찰재료를 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 섬유 기재가 소정량의 캐슈 넛 쉘액 입상체를 내마모성이 증가된 마찰재료를 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 섬유 기재가 아라미드 펌프 및 / 또는 섬유 및 면 섬유를 포함하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 섬유 기재가 아라미드 펌프, 플록 및 / 또는 섬유 약 3 내지 약 70중량%, 면 섬유 약 5 내지 약 70중량%, 충전재 약 5 내지 약 70중량%, 실리콘 수지 약 10 내지 약 80중량%, 페놀 수지 약 3 내지 약 80중량%, 캐슈 넛 쉘액 입상체 약 3 내 지 약 25중량% 및 질화규소 분말 약 2 내 지 약 25중량% (섬유 기재의 수성지 슬러리 제형의 중량 기준)를 포함하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 섬유 기재가 실리콘 수지 약 25 내지 약 55중량%, 페놀 수지 약 5 내지 약 15중량%, 캐슈 넛 쉘액 입상체 약 3 내지 약 15중량% 및 질화규소 분말 약 2 내지 약 7중량%를 포함하는 마찰재료.
- 제9항에 있어서, 1b/3,000ft2×l/FLT로 표시되는 원료의 기초중량[여기서, 경화 마찰재료의 FLT-최종 라이닝 두께 (경화 및 압축 후) (in)는 (l+%수지 함침도) ×0;004이다]과 동일한 마찰 재료의 밀도로서 정의되는 밀도가 약 45 내지 약 85로 되도록 마찰재료가 압축되는 방법.
- 제8항의 방법에 의해 제조된 제품.
- 전동장치 접촉면(clutch facing)의 형태로 존재하는 제1항에 따른 마찰부재.
- 전동장치 접촉면의 형태로 존재하는 제4항에 따른 마찰부재.
- 제동 슈 라이닝 (brake shoe lining)의 형태로 존재하는 제1항에 따른 마찰부재.
