Abstract

본 발명은, 120℃ 내지 250℃의 온도와 멜라민 1mol을 기초로 0.01 내지 0.15mol, 바람직하게는 0.02 내지 0.12mol, 가장 바람직하게는 0.03 내지 0.1mol의 농도인 산촉매의 존재하에서 멜라민을 다음의 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 함께 반응시켜서
[이때, R'은 같거나 다르고 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이며 n은 2 또는 3이다] 다음 일반식(I)의 히드록시옥사알킬멜라민류를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
상기 식에서 R1은 다음 일반식(II)의 잔기를 나타내고,
여기에서 라디칼 R'은 동일하거나 상이한 것으로서 수소나 C1-C4알킬을 나타내고, n은 2 또는 3이고, 라디칼 R2와 R3는 라디칼 R1중의 하나 또는 수소를 나타낸 것에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)

120℃ 내지 250℃의 온도와 멜라민 1mol을 기초로 0.01 내지 0.15mol, 바람직하게는 0.02 내지 0.12mol, 가장 바람직하게는 0.03 내지 0.1mol의 농도인 산촉매의 존재하에서 멜라민을 다음의 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 함께 반응시켜서
[이때, R'은 같거나 다르고 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이며 n은 2 또는 3이다] 다음 일반식(I)의 히드록시옥사알킬멜라민류를 제조하는 방법;
상기 식에서 R1은 다음 일반식(II)의 잔기를 나타내고,
여기에서 라디칼 R'은 동일하거나 상이한 것으로서 수소나 C1-C4알킬을 나타내고, n은 2 또는 3이고, 라디칼 R2와 R3는 라디칼 R1중의 하나 또는 수소를 나타낸다.
제1항에 있어서, 사용된 산촉매가 단독상태나 다른 촉매와 결부된 상태의 염화암모늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 사용된 산촉매가 단독상태나 다른 촉매와 결부된 상태의 하이포인산(H2PO2)인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R'이 수소이고 n이 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
