Description
Claims (11)
- 앵커코트제로 표면처리한 금속 기체의 표면을 변성 올레핀계 수지로 피복하고, 이 변성올레핀계 수지를 금속 표면에 열접착시키는 적층체의 제조방법에 있어서, 접착시의 적층체 또는 접착후의 적층체를 식(1)의 화합물 또는식중, R1은 치환 또는 미치환의 1가 탄화수소기이고, Y는 산소원자, 또는 황원자 또는 -NR2기이고, R2는 수소원자 또는 치환 또는 미치환의 1가 탄화수소기임. 식(2)의 화합물 또는식중, R3은 치환 또는 미치환의 1가 탄화수소기이고, Z는 산소원자, 황원자 또는 식(a)로 표시되는 기이고,(식중, R9는 수소원자 또는 치환 또는 미치환의 1가 탄화수소기임) R4는 수소원자, 아미노기, 치환 또는 미치환의 1가 탄화수소기, 식(b)로 표시되는 기 또는(식중, R5는 수소원자 또는 치환 또는 미치환의 1가 탄화수소기임) 식(c)로 표시되는 기임.(식중, R6는 치환 또는 미치환의 1가 탄화수소기임) 여기서 기 Z가 황원자인때에는 R4는 치환 또는 미치환의 탄화수소기이고, 기 Z가 식(a)의 기인때에는 R4는 수소원자 또는 치환 또는 미치환의 1가 탄화수소기이고, R4가 식(c)의 기이고, 또한 Z가 산소원자인 때에는, 기 R3과 기 R6이 연결되어 치환 또는 미치환의 2가 탄화수소기로 되어 있어도 좋음. 유기규소 화합물의 적어도 1종으로 된 처리제의 공존하에 가열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속과 폴리올레핀계수지 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 처리제가 1 내지 3가의 알콜인 금속과 폴리올레핀계수지 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 치환제가 에틸렌 글리콜인 금속과 폴리올레핀계수지 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기규소화합물이 다음 식(3)의식중, R7및 R8의 각각은 1가 탄화수소기이고, n는 0∼3의 수임으로 표시되는 화합물인 금속과 폴리올레핀계 수지 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 앵커코트제가 유기 티타네이트화합물 및 유기 질코네이트 화합물로 된 군에서 선택한 적어도 1종인 금속과 폴리올레핀계수지 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변성올레핀계 수지의 소재수지가 α-올레핀의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체인 금속과 폴리올레핀계 수지 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 변성올레핀계 수지의 불포화카본산 또는 그의 무수물로 그래프트 변성시킨 폴리올레핀계 수지인 금속과 폴리올레핀계 수지 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 앵커코트제로 표면처리한 금속기체의 표면에 올레핀계 수지를 피복하는 동시에 피복된 올레핀수지를 금속기체표면에 열접착시키고 이어서 함산소유기화합물 또는 유기규소화합물을 함유하는 분윅중에서 얻어진 적층체를 가열처리하는 금속과 폴리올레핀계 수지 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 앵커코트제로 표면처리한 금속기체의 표면에 함산소유기화합물 또는 유기규소화합물을 함유하는 올레핀계 수지를 피복하고 또한 올레핀계 수지의 피복을 가열하에 열접착시키는 금속과 폴리올레핀계 수지 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 상기 가열을 150 내지 300℃의 온도에서 행하는 금속과 폴리올레핀계 수지 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제8항 또는 9항에 있어서, 올레핀계 수지에 의한 금속기체표면의 피복을 올레핀계 수지입자의 유동상중에 가열한 금속기체를 침지함으로써 행하는 금속과 폴리올레핀계 수지 적층체의 제조방법.
