Description
Claims (13)
- 흡기구와 배기구를 갖는 하우징과, 상기 하우징내에 고정된 스테이터와, 상기 하우징내에 회전자유롭게 지지된 로터를 포함하며, 상기 흡기구로부터 홉입된 기체를 상기 배기구를 통해 대기압 또는 대기압 근방까지 배기하는 진공펌프에 있어서, 상기 스테이터에 근접하게 설치되어 상기 스테이터를 냉각하는 냉각재킷과, 상기 냉각재킷을 통해 윤활유, 진공유, 광유, 합성유, 에틸렌글리콜 및 에틸알콜중 하나를 순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유는 #90터빈유 또는 #140터빈유인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진공유는 알킬디페닐에테르계 또는 퍼플루오로폴리에테르계인 것을 특징으로하는 진공펌프.
- 염화알루미늄(AlCl3)을 포함한 가스를 홉기하고, 상기 가스를 대기압 또는 대기압 근방의 압력으로 압축하여 이 압축가스를 배기하는 진공펌프에 있어서, 펌프유로를 냉각액체를 상기 냉각재킷에 공급하는 냉각액체관을 포함하고, 상기 냉각액체관과 상기 냉각재킷은 상기 냉각액체가 순환되게 하는 폐루프를 형성하고, 상기 냉각액체는 상기 냉각액체관의 온도를 염화알루미늄의 승화온도보다 더 높게 유지하면서 냉각되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프.
- 흡기구와 배기구가 설치되어 있는 케이싱내에 스테이터 및 로터를 수납한 펌프기구부와, 상기 핌프기구부의 하측에 설치된 오일윤활베어링을 포함하고, 상기 흡기구로부터 흡입된 가스가 상기 배기구로부터 배기되게 하는 진공펌프에 있어서, 상기 스테이터에 외주에 설치된 냉각재킷과, 상기 오일윤활베어링에 공급된 윤활유를 상기 냉각재킷에 공급되게 하여 상기 펌프기구부를 냉각시키는 폐루프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 베어링으로의 윤활유의 유로와 상기 냉각재킷으로의 냉각제의 유로를 공통의 폐루프라인으로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 베어링은 롤링베어링이고, 상기 펌프기구부와 롤링베어링사이에 위치되며 상기 펌프의 외부로부터 시일가스가 공급되는 샤프트시일부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 흡기구로부터 홉입된 상기 가스는 상기 펌프기구부내에서 대기압 또는 대기압 근방의 압력으로 압축된 다음에 배기구로부터 대기중으로 배출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 윤활유를 냉각하는 오일냉각기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프.
- 흡기구로부터 홉입된 가스를 핌프케이싱내에 설치한 펌프 기구부에 의하여 연속적으로 압축하고, 배기구를 통해 대기압과 거의 동일한 압력을 갖는 가스를 배기하는 진공펌프에 있어서, 물보다 열전도율이 작은 냉각액체가 흐르는 상기 핌프기구부를 냉각하는 냉각재킷과, 상기 냉각액체의 온도를 제어하는 수단을 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 냉각액체는 오일이고, 상기 냉각액체의 온도제어수단은 오일냉각기인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프.
- 흡입구로부터 흡기된 승화성의 가스를 포함한 가스를 핌프케이싱에 설치된 펌프기구부에 의하여 연속적으로 압축하여, 대기압과 거의 동일한 압력을 갖는 상기 가스를 배기구를 통해 배기하는 진공펌프에 있어서, 상기 펌프기구부에 근접하여 설치된 냉각재킷과, 탱크로부터의 냉각액체를 상기 냉각재킷에 공급하는 공급라인과, 상기 냉각재킷으로의 상기 냉각액체를 상기 탱크에 복귀시키는 복귀라인과, 상기 냉각재킷, 상기 공급라인 및 상기 복귀라인은 냉각액체의 폐루프를 형성하고, 상기 폐루프내에 설치되어 냉각액체를 상기 탱크로부터 상기 냉각재킷으로 순환공급하는 급액펌프와, 상기 진공펌프내의 유로벽의 온도가 상기 승하성 가스의 승화온도보다 높은 온도로 유지되도록 상기 냉각액체의 온도를 제어하는 수단은 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 냉각액체는 상기 펌프기구부의 압축열에 의하여 가열된 온수이고, 상기 탱크에 설치되어 상기 온수를 일정한 온도로 유지되게 상기 온수를 냉각하는 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로하는 진공펌프.
