Claims (3)
- 금속기체, 그의 상부에 형성되는 적어도 바륨을 함유하는 전자방출물질층, 및 이를 가열하는 수단을 구비하는 산화물 음극에 있어서, 상기 금속기체의 히이터쪽 면에 금속기체 중 환원제의 확산방지층이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 음극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속기체가 니켈을 주성분으로 하여 형성되는 것이고, 상기 확산방지층이 알루미늄으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 음극.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 확산방지층이 두께가 500 내지 10,000Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 음극.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
