Claims (5)

  1. 환원성물질을 함유하극는 음슬리이브와, 이 음극슬리이브의 일단부를 폐쇄하고 또한 정상면에 전자방출성물질을 피착시킨 모자형상체를 구비한 간접가 열형음극의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 음극슬리이브 내벽면에 금속산화물박막을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 금속산화물박막을 상기 환원성물질에 의해 환원시키는 가열 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로하는 간접가열형 dma극의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기환원성물질이 크로움인 것을 특징으로하는 간접가열형 음극의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 금속산화물은 산화텅스텐인 것을 특징으로하는 간접가열형 음극의 제조방법.
  4. 제 1항 내지 제 3항의 어느한항에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물박막의 막두께가 103∼ 105Å인 것을 특징으로 하는 간접가열형음극의 제조방법.
  5. 제 1항 내지 제 4항의 어느 한항에 있어서,
    상기 가열공정은 전자관 제조공정중의 가열공정인 것을 특징으로하는 간접가열형음극의 제조방법.
