Claims (7)
- 상호 비접촉 관계에서 이격된 입자형태로 입자를 블레이드팁 표면에 부착하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 입자 이송수단이 용기에 인접해 있을때 상기 이격된 입자형태로 서로 떨어져 있는 다수의 개구를 구비한 입자 이송수단을 통해서 진공상태로 입자를 빨아들이며, 그 진공상태는 각각의 개구에 하나의 입자를 붙게하는 단계. (b) 각각의 입자가 블레이드팁 표면에 양호한 위치로 놓여지도록 개구에 대해 그 블레이드가 위치하는 단계. (c) 입자가 입자 이송수단으로 부터 느슨해져서 상기 이격된 입자형태를 이루기 위해 블레이드팁 표면에 낙하하도록 진공도를 조절하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드팁 표면에 단일입자층을 부착하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 입자가 이송입자수단으로 부터 블레이드팁 표면에 낮하할때 그 입자는 접착제에 의해 블레이드팁 표면에 붙게 되도록 조절하는 상기 단계전에 유기될 접착제를 블레이드 표면에 도포하는 단계로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드 표면에 단일입자층을 부착하기 위한 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 입자는 금속이 피복된 세라믹이고, 블레이드 표면에 접착제를 제거하고 입자를 접착하기 위해 올라간 온도로 표면에 입자를 구비한 블레이드를 가열하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드팁 표면에 단일입자층을 부착하기 위한 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, C㎡당 35∼110개의 입자수가 블레이드 표면에 부착되며 그 입자의 크기는 미합중국 시이브 시리즈 번호 제 20∼40번 사이에 정해진 공칭치수로 정해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드팁 표면에 단일입자층을 부착하기 위한 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 입자의 종횡비가 1.9 : 1 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드팁 표면에 단일입자층을 부착하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 블레이드는 개스터어빈 엔진용 블레이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드팁 표면에 단일입자층을 부착하기 위한 방법.
- 입자가 이격된 입자형태이며 비접촉관계로 상기 블레이드팁 표면에 서로 간격져 있으며, 터어빈 블레이드팁 표면에 부착하는 방법에 있어서, (a) 상기 입자 이송수단이 용기에 인접해 있을때 상기 이격된 입자형태로 서로 간격져 있는 다수의 개구를 구비한 입자 이송수단을 통해서 진공상태로 입자를 빨아들이며, 그 진공상태는 각각의 개구에 하나의 입자를 붙게하는 단계, (b) 각각의 입자가 블레이드 표면에 양호한 위치로 놓여지도록 개구에 대해 그 블레이드가 위치하는 단계, (c) 입자가 상기 이격된 입자 형태를 이루기 위해 블레이드팁 표면에 낙하하도록 진공도를 조절하는 단계, (d) 각 입자들 사이의 간격을 채우기 위해 블레이드팁 표면에 매트릭스 재료층을 부착하는 단계, (e) 매트릭스 재료의 두께가 입자의 두께보다 작도록 매트릭스 재료의 노출된 부분을 제거하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 블레이드 표면에 단일입자층을 부착하는 방법.
