Abstract

본 발명은 80℃에서 필름과 금속과의 동마찰계수가 0.45이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 필름, 폴리에스테르의 구성 성분중 70몰%이상이 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단위로 구성된 폴리에스테르계 필림중, 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 환상 삼량체의 함유량이 0.7중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 필름, 산화방지제 0.01 내지 5중량%를 함유하는 폴리에스테르 조성물로 형성된 플리에스테르계 필름, 상기 폴리에스테르계 필름을 금속판에 적층시켜 형성되 적층 금속판 및 상기 적층 금속판을 사용하여 형성시킨 금속용기에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 폴리에스테르계 필름에 있어서, 80℃에서 필름과 금속과의 동마찰계수를 0.45 이하로 한 것을 고온에서의 필름과 금속과의 미끄러짐성이 우수하기 때문에 이를 사용하여 캔을 제조하는 경우, 제조 공정에서의 필름 표면이 내인소성이 양호하며, 고속으로 캔을 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 환상 삼량체의 함유량을 0.7중량% 이하로 한 것을 사용할 경우, 식료품 충전후의 가열 처이(레토르트 처리 등)를 실시하여도, 상기 필름에서의 올리고머의 용출을 억제시킬 수 있으므로, 식료품으로의 올리고머의 이행에 의한 식료품의 맛이나 냄새의 변화나 필름 표면으로의 올리고머의 석출에 의한 표면 외관의 저하 등이 발생하지 않는다. 결국, 본 발명의 폴리에스테르계 필름은 적층 금속판에 적절하게 사용할 수 있으며, 또한, 상기 적층 금속판에서 식료품 충전용 등에 적절한 금속 용기를 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (11)

  1. 80℃에서 필름과 금속의 동마찰계수가 0.45이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 구성 성분 중 70몰%이상이 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단위인 폴리에스테르로 형성될 수 있는 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르계 필름중 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 환상 삼량체의 함유량이 0.7중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 평균 입자 직경이 0.5 내지 5㎛인 고분자 입자 0.3 내지 5중량%를 함유하는 폴리에스테르 조성물로 형성될 수 있는 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 평균 입자 직경이 0.5 내지 5㎛인 무기 미세 입자 0.3 내지 5중량%을 함유하는 폴리에스테르 조성물로 형성될 수 있는 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르에 비상용성 열가소성 수지 0.3 내지 5중량%를 함유하는 폴리에스테르 조성물로 형성될 수 있는 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  7. 80℃에서 필름과 금속의 동마찰계수가 0.45이하인 폴리에스테르 층(A층), 융점이 180 내지 240℃인 폴리에스테르 층(B층)으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  8. 폴리에스테르 구성 성분 중 70몰%이상이 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단위인 폴리에스테르계 필름중에서, 에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 환상 삼량체 함유량이 0.7중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  9. 산화방지제 0.01 내지 5중량%를 함유하는 폴리에스테르 조성물로 형성될 수 있는 폴리에스테르계 필름.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리에스테르계 필름을 금속판에 적층시킨 적층 금속판.
  11. 제10항에 기재된 적층 금속판을 사용하여 성형시킨 금속 용기.
