Abstract

본 발명은 사출성형 장치와 이를 이용한 사출성형방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 사출성형 장치에 있어서 노즐중앙에 수지통로가 설치되어 있는 노즐니들을 가지고 있으며 노즐니들과 노즐 앞부분 경계부는 가스출입로를 구성하고 있으며 그 노즐니들이 전진에 의해 그 니들선단과 그 전방에 있는 노즐내벽 또는 스프루 부쉬와 밀접 계합하는 것에 의해 가스출입로를 폐쇄시키는 구조를 갖는 사출성형 장치에 수지를 사출성형시킨 후 불활성 기체를 회수함으로써 외관이 매끄럽고 수려하며 치수안정성과 경량성을 가지면서 기체회수와 성형과정을 단축시킬 수 있는 사출성형 장치 및 이를 이용한 사출성형방법에 관한 것이다.

사출성형 장치와 이를 이용한 사출성형방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 사출성형 장치의 단면도이고,
제2도는 본 발명의 사출성형 장치에 주입되는 가스발생 배관도이고,
제3도는 본 발명의 성형품(핸들)전면과 성형품 단면 내부에 대한 사진이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 사출성형 장치(10)에 있어서, 상기 사출성형장치(10)는 노즐보디(11)의 선·후단부에 노즐팁(12)과 사출기 실린더(13)가 각각 일체로 결합되고, 노즐보디(11)의 내측으로 상기 사출기 실린더(l3)로부터 연장된 수지통로(14)와 이 수지통로(14) 내의 역류방지볼(15)을 갖는 노즐니들(16) 이 결합되어지되, 상기 노즐니들(16)은 스프링(l7)을 통하여 탄력유동되어서 그 선단부(l6-1)가 상기 노즐팁(12)의 내주선단(12-1)면과 밀착 자재되어지고 상기 노즐팁(12)의 내주벽과의 사이에는 가스출입로(18)가 형성되어질수 있도록 결합되며, 노즐보디(11)의 외측으로 상기 가스출입로(l8)와 연통되어지는 가스 유·입출관(19, 20)이 각각 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치(10).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 사출성형 장치는 1차 저압의 질소가스(29)가 중압기(24)를 통하여 2차 고압가스를 전환된 후 수지가 노즐니들(16)의 수지통로(14)를 통하여 금형 캐비티(22)내에 사입되고, 수초후 고압질소 가스가 사입하며 수지의 냉각고화동안 역류방지 밸브(28)에 의해 질소가스의 역류가 방지되고, 이때 증압기(24)의가스압력은 1차 저압상태로 되며 사출압력이 낮아지면 노즐니들(16)이 후퇴하고 가스출입로(18)가 열리면서 잔류가스를 저압의 증압기(24)로 회수되도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형장치(10).
  3. 용융된 열가소성 수지를 제1항의 사출성형장치(10)를 통하여 금형 캐이티(22)내에 사출시키고 이어서 질소기체(29)를 주입하여 수지를 냉각고화시켜 사출성형시킨 후 잔류 질소기체(29)를 회수하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출성형방법,
