Claims (10)
- 21내지 55중량%의 크롬, 30중량% 이하의 철, 5중량% 이하의 텡스텐 및 45 내지 70중량%의 니켈을 필수 구성 요소로 포함하고, 탄소, 규소, 인, 황, 질소, 알루미늄, 구리, 바나듐, 티타늄, 탄탈 및 니오브로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택한 적어도 하나의 원소를 불순물로 포함하고, 몰리브덴은 함유하지 않고 크롬을 함유하는 합금을, 96%이상의 농도를 갖는 황산과 접촉하며 이에 저항하는 물체로서 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합금의 크롬 합유량은 23 내지 51중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 부식 방지용 합금을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 황산의 농도는 98.0 내지 100중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 부식방지용 합금을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 황산의 농도가 100 내지 122.5중량%인 발연황산인 것을 특징으로 하는 부식방지용 합금을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 황산은 350℃이하의 온도에서 장치부분과 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식방지용 합금을 사용하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 온도는 50 내지 250℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 부식 방지용 합금을 사용하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 온도는 80 내지 200℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 부식 방지용 합금을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 장치부분은 교환기, 파이프 라인, 펌프, 펌프부품, 결합구, 플랜지, 여과기 바스켓, 스모크 여과기, 드롭 분리기, 용기 및 SO3함유 가스의 흡수용 장치 또는 황산을 건조제로 사용하는 경우의 가스의 건조용 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 부식 방지용 합금을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 장치부분은 온도 80 내지 190℃, 황산 농도 H2SO498.0 내지 99.5 중량%에서 작동하는 황산 설비의 중간 및 최종 흡수 단계에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식 방지용 합금을 사용하는 방법.
- H2SO498.0% 이상의 농도를 갖는 황산을 취급하거나 그와 접촉하기 위한 금속 장치의 부식용 방지하기 위한 부식 방지용 합금에 있어서, 상기 합금은 21내지 55 중량%의 크롬, 30중량% 이하의 철, 5중량% 이하의 텡스텐은 45 내지 79중량%의 니켈을 필수 구성원소로 포함하고, 탄소, 규소, 인, 황, 질소, 알루미늄, 구리, 바나듐, 티타늄, 탄탈 및 니오브로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택한 적어도 하나의 원소를 불순물로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 부식 방지용 합금.
