Abstract

본 발명은 튜브에 대한 약한 조임으로 튜브내에 삽입되는 피복선이 단단히 고정되게 한 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리 및 그의제조방법을 제공하는 데 있다.
복수의 피복선(4)를 삽입한 튜브(5)가 고정수단(6)에 의해 조여지게 한 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리(10)에 있어서, 피복선(4)과 튜브(5)의 사이에는 충전재(7)가 충전되면, 충전재(7)가 충전된 튜브(5)의 부분은 조여진다. 고정수단(6)은 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리에 마련된 조임용의 크로부분이다. 튜브(5)는 광을 투과시킬 수 있는 것이 바람직하고, 또한, 충전재(7)는 광경화 가능한 것이 바람직하다.

헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리 및 그의 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명에 따른 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리의 일실시예를 도시한 도면, 제2도는 자기 디스크장치에 사용되고 있는 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리의 일예를 도시한 도면, 제3도는 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리에 있어서, 종래의 피복선 고정방법을 도시한 도면, 제4도는 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리에 있어서, 종래의 다른 피복선 고정방법을 도시한 도면.

Claims (7)

  1. 복수의 피복선(covered wire)을 삽입한 튜브가 고정수단(securing means)에 의해 조여지게 한 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리(head suspension assembly)에 있어서, 상기 피복선과 상기 튜브 사이에는 충전재가 충전되며, 상기 충전재로충전된 튜브부분이 조여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단이 상기 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리에 마련된 조여짐용의 크로 부분(claw section)인 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 튜브가 광을 투과시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 충전재가 광경화가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리.
  5. 복수의 피복선을 삽입한 튜브가 고정수단에 의해 조여지게 한 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리를 제조하는 방법에있어서, 상기 피복선을 상기 튜브에 삽입한 후, 상기 피복선과 상기 튜브 사이에 액체의 충전재를 충전해서 이 충전재를경화시키고, 상기 충전재가 충전된 튜브 부분을 상기 고정수단에 의해 조이는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리의 제조 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단에 의한 조임은 상기 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리에 마련된 조임용의 크로부분에 의한 조임에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리의 제조 방법.
  7. 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 충전재의 경화는 상기 튜브의 물질로써 광을 투과시킬 수 있는 것을 사용함과 동시에 상기 충전재의 물질로써 광경화가능한 것을 사용하고, 상기 충전재에 광을 조사함으로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드 서스펜션 어셈블리의 제조 방법.
