Claims (1)
- 저온용 Ni강의 제조방법에 있어서, 중량%로, C : 0.02-0.1%, Si : 0.4% 이하, Mn : 0.3%-0.7%, P : 0.017% 이하, S : 0.01% 이하, Ni : 2.5%-4.0%, Sol.Al : 0.02%-0.07%, N : 0.007% 이하를 포함함과 동시에, Mo : 0.05%-0.2%, Nb : 0.02%-0.04%로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 1종 도는 2종을 포함하며, 나머지는 Fe 및 불가피하게 포함되는 불순물로 구성되는 강의 슬라브를 1200℃~1300℃의 온도범위에서 가열하고 나서, 오스테나이트 미재결정구역에서의 전체압하율을 40% 이상으로 하는 열간압연을 실시하고 마무리 압연온도는 700℃~950℃ 범위로 하여 열간압연 직후부터 120초 이내에 10℃/sec 이상의 평균냉각속도로 상온까지 냉각하고, 그후 600℃~650℃의 온도에서 뜨임처리함을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 저온용 니켈강의 제조방법.
