Abstract

(목적)
형광표시관의 관통구멍에 있어서 도통불량의 발생이 없는 도전성 페이스트를 제공하는 것.
(구성)
알루미늄 박막의 배선이 설치된 양극기판상에는 절연층이 적층되어 있다. 절연층의 상부에는 양극도체가 형성되고, 이 양극도체상에는 형광체층이 설치되어 양극이 구성되어 있다. 상기 절연층에는 관통구멍이 형성된다.
이 관통구멍속에는 도전성 페이스트가 충전되고, 배선과 양극도체를 전기적으로 접속한다. 본 실시예의 도전성 페이스트는, Ag와 유리 및 비이클을 혼합한 도전성 페이스트에 있어서, Ag에 대하여 Zn 또는 Sb를 단독 또는 합계로 1~40wt% 첨가하고 있다. 성분중의 Zn 또는 Sb가 촉매로서 작용하고, 성분속의 Ag가 접속대상인 알루미늄과 합금을 구성하므로 극히 안정된 전기적 접속이 얻어진다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예의 도전성 페이스트 성분을 도시한 도표, 제2도는 본 발명의 실시예의 도전성 페이스트를 관통구멍의 전기적 접속에 사용한 형광표시관에 있어서의 애노드전류와 애노드전압의 관계를 나타낸 도면, 제3도는 종래의 도전성 페이스트를 관통구멍속에 구비한 형광표시관의 양극기판 부근에 있어서의 부분확대 단면도.

Claims (3)

  1. Ag와 유리 및 비이클을 혼합한 도전성 페이스트에 있어서, Ag에 대하여 Zn 또는 Sb를 단독으로 1~40wt% 첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트.
  2. Ag와 유리 및 비이클을 혼합한 도전성 페이스트에 있어서, Ag에 대하여 Zn 또는 Sb를 합계량으로 1~40wt% 첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 Zn와 Sb의 혼합비가 1 대 1인 것을 특징으로 하는 도전성 페이스트.
