Claims (3)
- Ag와 유리 및 비이클을 혼합한 도전성 페이스트에 있어서, Ag에 대하여 Zn 또는 Sb를 단독으로 1~40wt% 첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 Al배선상의 관통구멍용의 도전성 페이스트.
- Ag와 유리 및 비이클을 혼합한 도전성 페이스트에 있어서, Ag에 대하여 Zn 또는Sb를 합계량으로 1~40wt% 첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 Al 배선상의 관통구멍용의 도전성 페이스트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 Zn 와 Sb의 혼합비가 1대1인 것을 특징으로 하는 Al 배선상의 관통구멍용의 도전성 페이스트.
