Description

자동차의 성에제거장치
제1도는 본 고안 성에제거장치가 부착된 상태를 보인 설치상태도.

본 고안은 자동차의 성에제거장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 자동차의 내부, 전면유리 하부에 형성된 통풍구에 원적외선 세라믹판을 부착한 PCT소자를 장착하여, 엔진 가열전에 PCT소자 가열에 의한 더운 공기로 성애제거 및 실내탈취 및 멸균을 할 수 있도록 한 자동차의 성에제거장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차에서 겨울철이나 장마철에는 자동차의 내부가 외기 온도와의 차가 심하여 자동차 전면유리는 성에가 자주 끼게 된다.
따라서 종래에는 성에를 제거하기 위하여 엔진룸에서 가열된 가열공기를 통풍구측으로 배출시켜 성에를 제거시키게 되는데, 이때 엔진이 충분히 가열되기 전까지는 차가운 공기를 배출시키게 되므로 신속히 성에를 제거할 수 없을 뿐만 아니라, 상기 가열공기 토출시 또는 초기 토출시 자주 사용하지 않은 관계로 차내부의 오염된 먼지와 함께 토출되게 되므로 실내공기를 더럽히게 되어 실내 운전자는 물론 탑승자의 건강을 해치게 되는 문제점을 가지게 되었다.
본 고안의 목적은 자동차 전면유리에 성에를 신속히 제거할 수 있는 성에제거장치를 제공하고자 하는데 있다.
본 고안의 또 다른 목적은 성에제거시, 실내오염된 공기를 탈취 및 멸균을 할 수 있는 공기청정기능의 성에제거장치를 제공하는데 있다.
상기의 목적을 실현하기 위하여 본 고안은 자동차 내부의 전면유리하부에 형성된 통풍구에 성에제거시, 가열온도 및 원적외선으로 성에제거 및 실내공기를 청정할 수 있는 원적외선 세라믹판이 부착된 PTC소자를 장착하여서 된 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하 첨부된 도면에 의거 본 고안을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도 내지 제3도에 도시된 바와같이, 자동차 내부의 전면유리(1) 하부에 통풍구(2)가 형성된 계기보오드(3)에 있어서, 상기 통풍구(2)에는 소정간격을 갖는 발열체가이드(4)를 구비시키고, 상기 발열체가이드(4) 상에는 제2도에 도시한 바와같이 다수개를 길이방향으로 접합시킨 격자형의 발열체(5)를 장착시킨다.
상기 발열체(5)는 제3도에 도시한 바와같이 소정온도에 도달하면 전원을 차단하는 통기공(6)이 구비된 사각형상의 PTC소자(7)와, 이 PTC소자(7)의 상면에 상기 PTC소자(7)와 동일형상의 원적외선 세라믹판(8)을 접합시켜 구성된다.
상기와 같이 구성하여서 된 본 고안의 작용효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 자동차의 계기보오드(3)에 발열체(5)를 장착시킨 상태에서, 겨울철이나, 장마철에 자동차의 전면유리(1)에 외기의 온도차에 인하여 성에가 끼게 되는데, 이때 운전자는 특히 엔진이 가열되기 전이라도 성에를 제거하기 위하여 별도의 스위치(도시되지 않음)을 작동시키게 되면, 상기 발열체(5)의 PTC소자(7)와 송풍팬(도시되지 않음)에 전원이 공급되게 된다.
따라서 상기 PTC소자(7)에는 전류가 흘러 신속하게 PTC소자(7)가 소정의 온도까지 가열되면서 발열하게 되고, 이 발열은 PTC소자(7) 상면에 접합된 원적외선 세라믹판(8)에 전달되어 원적외선 세라믹판(8)은 원적외선을 발산시키게 된다.
그러므로 상기 구동하고 있는 송풍팬의 바람이 상기 가열되면서 발열하고 있는 PTC소자(7)에 형성된 통풍공(6)을 통해서 가열되면서, 상기 원적외선 세라믹판(8)에서 발산되는 원적외선과 함께 상기 통풍구(2)로 토출시키게 되므로 이 가열 토출된 공기가 상기 전면유리(1)에 끼어 있는 성에를 엔진이 가열되기 전에 신속히 제거시키게 되고, 또한 상기 원적외선은 토출시 오염된 공기 또는 실내에 오염된 공기로부터 탈취 및 멸균을 시켜주게 되어 실내의 공기청정을 시켜줄 수 있게 되는 것이다.
이상에서 설명한 바와같이 본 고안은 자동차의 전면유리 하부에 형성된 통풍구에 원적외선 세라믹판이 접합된 PTC소자를 장착시켜, 성에제거시 특히 엔진이 가열되기 전에 상기 PTC소자 및 원적외선 세라믹판을 가열시켜 온풍과 원적외선이 토출되도록 함으로써 신속히 성에제거 및 실내오염공기를 청정시켜줄 수 있는 효과를 제공하게 되는 것이다.

  1. 자동차의 내부 전면유리(1) 하부에 통풍구(2)가 형성된 계기보오드(3)에 있어서, 상기 통풍구(2)에 구비되며 소정간격을 갖는 발열체가이드(4)와 상기 발열체가이드(4)상에 구비되며 다수개의 발열체를 길이방향으로 접합하여 장착구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 성에제거장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발열체(5)는 중앙에 통기공(6)이 구비된 PTC소자(7)와, 상기 PTC소자(7) 상면에 동일 형상의 원적외선 세라믹판(8)을 접합 구성시켜서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 성에제거장치.
