Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 현가장치에 관한 것으로서, 현가장치의 구성요소에서 차체의 경사제어 기능을 갖는 스태빌라이저를 제거하고 판스프링의 일부를 테이퍼 판스프링으로 대체하여 상기 스태빌라이저의 역할을 상기 테이퍼 판스프링이 대신하도록 함으로써, 현가장치의 구성요소를 최소화하고 이에 따른 현가장치의 기능을 극대화할 수 있는 자동차의 현가장치를 제공하고자 한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 차체프레임(10)상에는 판스프링 장착용 브라켓(11)이 양측에 각각 부착 고정되는 동시에 그 사이로 쇼크업소버(14)와 공기스프링(15)의 각 일측이 결착 고정되며, 상기 양측의 브라켓(11) 사이에 걸치도록 판스프링(12)이 설치되어지되, 상기 판스프링(12)의 스프링 아이(12')는 브라켓(11)에 각각 결합되고 그 중심부에서 상기 쇼크업소버(14) 및 공기스프링(15)의 다른 일측과 U볼트(16)에 의해서 중복 결합되도록 설치되어서 이루어진 자동차의 현가장치에 있어서, 상기 판스프링(12)은 평판스프링(12-1)과 테이퍼 판스프링(12-2)으로 상하 중첩 구성되고, 테이퍼 판스프링(12-2)은 평판스프링(12-1)의 길이보다 짧게 이루어지되, 상기 테이퍼 판스프링(12-2)의 선단부가 상기 평판스프링(12-1)의 중심부에 중첩될 수 있도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 현가장치.
