Claims (6)
- 보리기울의 배아부분을 분리하는 제1공정과, 배아분리처리된 보리기울을 에탄올에 침지하여 베타글루카나제를 불활성화시켜주는 제2공정과, 정치와 원심분리로 고형분을 분리해내는 제3공정과, 단백질 분해효소액으로 단백질을 분해시키는 제4공정과, 수용액상태의 베타글루칸을 침전과 원심분리방법으로 분리하는 제5공정과, 분리된 수용액상태의 베타글루칸을 에탄올을 이용하여 결정화시키는 제6공정과, 결정화된 베타글루칸에 잔류하는 에탄올을 진공 농축시키는 제7공정과, 농축된 덩어리 상태의 베타글루칸을 건조, 분쇄시키는 제8공정에 의한 일련의 제조공정으로 베타글루간 생산함을 특징으로 하는 보리기울로부터 수용성 베타글루칸을 생산하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보리기울에 함유되어 있는 베타글루칸 분해효소인 베타글루카나제(β-glucanse)를 제거하기 위하여 20∼40메쉬의 망을 통과시켜 제1공정에서의 배아부분을 분리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 보리기울로부터 수용성 베타글루칸을 생산하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 베타글루카나제의 불활성화 및 베타글루칸의 추출수율을 높이기 위해 75∼95%에탄올에 침지, 교반하는 제2공정에서의 불활성화 처리함을 특징으로 하는 보리기울로부터 수용성 베타글루칸을 생산하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 보리기울의 단백질 분해를 위해 단백질분해효소(파파인등)을 가하여 30∼50℃ 조건에서 1∼2시간동안 분해 반응시키는 제4공정에서의 단백질 분해공정을 특징으로 하는 보리기울로부터 수용성 베타글루칸을 생산하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용액 상태의 베타글루칸의 결정화를 위해 70∼95%의 에탄올을 1∼2배정도 첨가하여 사용하는 제6공정에서의 결정화함을 특징으로 하는 보리기울로부터 수용성 베타글루칸을 생산하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서 베타글루칸을 함유하고 있는 추출물을 55∼65℃온도조건하에서 진공농축 및 건조시켜 제조하는 공정을 특징으로 하는 보리기울로부터 수용성 베타글루칸을 생산하는 방법.
