Abstract

본 발명은 조사된 연료 원소의 저장용으로 사용하기 위한 천연 인회석의 처리방법에 관한 것이다.
본 방명은 천연 인회석 분말을 예를들어 묽은 HNO₃또는 HCl과 같은 산 수용액과 수초 내지 10분 동안 접촉하는 것으로 구성된다.
본 방법에 따라, 수산화인회석과 유사하게 만들기 위해 표면 조성을 변경시키는 것에 의해 천연 인회석의 물리화학적 특성이 향상된다. 상기 변경된 인회석은 조사된 연료 원소 저장 용기의 충전 물질로서 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 천연 인회석 분말을 pH 1 이상의 산 수용액과 수초 내지 10분 동안 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연 인회석의 처리방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산 수용액의 pH가 1내지 4인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산 수용액의 질산 또는 염산 수용액은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천연 인회석이 달라이트 또는 프랑콜라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 천연 인회석 분말이 천연 인회석을 분쇄한 후 물로 세정하고 건조하여 얻어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 산 수용액 처리된 천연 인회석 분말이 이후 물로 세정되고 건조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 청구항 1항의 방법에 따라 제조된 인회석 분말을, 조사된 핵연료 원소용 저장 용기의 충전제로서 사용하는 방법.
