Abstract

본 발명은 광로조절수단에 반사각도가 다른 다수의 반사면을 구비함으로써 광효율을 증대시키는 투사형화상표시장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 투사형화상표시장치는 백색광을 발광하는 광원과; 상기 백색광을 분리하여 다수의 원색을 가지는 제1차 광속들을 발생시키는 광분리수단과; 다수의 반사면들을 가지며, 상기 반사면으로써 상기 각각의 제1차 광속들을 광로조절수단으로 반사시키고, 광로가 조절된 후 상기 화소들과 대응하여 반사되는 상기 제1차 광속들 각각에 대한 상기 제2차 광속들 각각의 광량을 상기 반사면들간의 틈으로 조절하는 광량조절수단과; 상기 제1차 광속들을 광축에 평행하게 하고 제2차 광속들을 집속시키는 평행렌즈와; 광축에 평행한 상기 제1차 광속들을 상기 화소들과 대응하는 M×N개의 제2차 광속들로 경로들을 서로 다르게 반사시켜 광로들을 조절하는 상기 광로조절수단과; 상기 평행렌즈 및 상기 광량조절수단을 통과한 상기 제2차 광속들을 합성하여 화상을 나타내는 화면을 포함한다.

Claims (1)

  1. M×N개의 화소들로 화상을 나타내는 투사형화상표시장치에 있어서, 백색광을 발광하는 광원과; 상기 백색광을 분리하여 다수의 원색을 가지는 제1차 광속들을 발생시키는 광분리수단과; 다수의 반사면들을 가지며, 상기 반사면으로써 상기 각각의 제1차 광속들을 광로조절수단으로 반사시키고, 광고가 조절된 후 상기 화소들과 대응하여 반사되는 상기 제1차 광소들 각각에 대한 상기 제2차 광속들 각각의 광량을 상기 반사면들간의 틈으로 조절하는 광량조절수단과; 상기 제1차 광속들을 광축에 평행하게 하고 제2차 광속들을 집속시키는 평행렌즈와; 광축에 평행한 상기 제1차 광속들을 상기 화소들과 대응하는 M×N개의 제2차 광속들로 경로들을 서로 다르게 반사시켜 광로들을 조절하는 상기 광로조절수단과; 상기 평행렌즈 및 상기 광량조절수단을 통과한 상기 제2차 광속들을 합성하여 화상을 나타내는 화면을 포함하는 투사형화상 표시장치.
