Claims (10)
- 일반식(Ⅲ)의 페놀성 화합물을 액체 형태로 계량하여 제1버블 컬럼을 도입하고 일반식(Ⅱ)의 유기 카보네이트를 액체 또는 기체 상태로 계량하여 각각 개개의 버블 컬럼에 동시에 도입하지만, 액체를 계량 도입하는 경우, 바람직하게는단지 마지막 버블 컬럼에만 도입하고(이때, 선행 버블 컬럼 속에 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물의 증발물이 도입된다), 일반식(Ⅰ)의 반응 생성물을 마지막 버블 컬럼으로부터는 액체 형태로 수득하는 동시에 각각 개개의 버블 컬럼의 상부 말단, 바람직하게는 제1버블 컬럼의 상부 말단에서는 일반식(Ⅳ)의 생성물을 기체 형태로 수득하는 방식으로 반응을 1개의 버블 컬럼 반응기 속에서 또는 2개 이상의 버블 컬럼으로 이루어진 캐스케이드(cascade) 속에서 수행함을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 지방족 에스테르 그룹이 하나 이상인 유기 카보네이트, 바람직하게는 일반식(Ⅵ)의 대칭성디알킬 카보네이트 0.1 내지 10mol, 바람직하게는 일반식(Ⅴ)의 페놀성 화합물 1mol을 80 내지 350℃ 및 10mbar 내지 20bar에서 공지된 에스테르 교환반응 촉매의 존재하에 촉매화 반응시켜 일반식(Ⅰ)의 방향족 카보네이트를 제조하는 방법.R1-O-CO-O-R2(Ⅰ)R1-OCOO-R3(Ⅱ)R2-OX (Ⅲ)R3-OX (Ⅳ)R12-OH (Ⅴ)R3-O-CO-O-R3(Ⅵ)상기 식에서, R1은 R2와는 독립적으로 R2에 대한 정의의 범위를 취하거나, 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C6알킬이고, R2는 각각 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C|4알킬, 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C4알콕시, 시아노 및/또는 할로겐에 의해 일치환 내지 삼치환될 수 있는 페닐 또는 나프틸이며, R3는 직쇄 또는 측쇄 C1-C6알킬이고, R12는 페닐이거나, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 또는 염소에 의해 일치환된 페닐이며, X는 수소이거나, 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬 그룹을 갖는 -CO-O-C1-C6알킬이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 1 내지 18개, 바람직하게는 2 내지 12개의 버블 컬럼 속에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 유기 카보네이트를 제1버블 컬럼에 계량하여 도입하고 일반식(Ⅰ)의 방향족 카보네이트를 액체 형태로 마지막 버블 컬럼으로부터 수득하며 일반식(Ⅳ)의 생성물을 제1버블 컬럼의 상부 말단에서 수득하는 방식으로, 반응이, 2개 이상이 연속적으로 연결된 버블 컬럼 반응기 속에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 버블 컬럼 캐스케이드의 경우, 온도(여기서, 버블 컬럼 속의 온도는 동일하거나 상이하다)가 100 내지 250℃, 바람직하게는 120 내지 240℃로 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 버블 컬럼 캐스케이드의 경우, 압력(여기서, 개개의 버블 컬럼 속의 압력은 동일하거나 상이하다)이 0.05 내지 15bar, 바람직하게는 0.08 내지 13bar로 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 버블 컬럼 캐스케이드인 경우, 압력과 온도가 제1버블 컬럼으로부터 마지막 버블 컬럼으로 감소되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 치밀하지 않는 충전재, 배열된 충전재 또는 다공 트레이를 갖는 버블 컬럼이 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 버블 컬럼 또는 버블 컬럼 캐스케이드가 하나 이상의 다운스트림 체류시의 용기와 조합되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 카보네이트(Ⅱ)가, 유기 카보네이트(Ⅱ)의 중량을 기준으로 하여, 기본 알콜 R3-OH 0 내지 5중량%, 바람직하게는 0.1 내지 3중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 0.15 내지 2중량%와의 혼합물로 사용되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물 또는 불활성 기체 속에서 증발하는 불활성 용매가 일반식(Ⅱ)의 카보네이트와 함께 출발 물질에 추가로 공급되거나, 용매 또는 기체가 바람직하게는 일반식(Ⅳ)의 생성물과 함께 공비 혼합물을 형성하는 버블 컬럼 또는 버블 컬럼 캐스케이드의 임의의 목적하는 위치에서 일반식(Ⅱ)의 카보네이트와 개별적으로 공급되는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
