Abstract
본 발명은 납땜조(Soldering Pot)내부의 용융땜납의 표면이 대기중의 산소와 결합하여 발생되는 산화현상을 방지토록 하기 위한 산화방지방법에 관한 것으로, 납땜조 내부의 용융 땜납 표면으로 용융땜납의 비중보다 가벼운 무기물재인 세라믹볼을 무수이 띄워줌으로써, 납땜조의 용융 땜납 표면이 대기중의 산소와 접촉되는 것을 미연에 차단하여 폐납의 발생을 최소화하며, 별도의 산화방지제를 용융 땜납에 첨가할 필요가 없어 원가절감 및 자동 솔더링머신을 오염을 방지하고, 원활한 웨이브 솔더링 작업을 수행할 수 있는 것이다.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an oxidation prevention method for preventing oxidation caused by the surface of molten solder inside a soldering pot in combination with oxygen in the atmosphere. By floating the ceramic balls, which are inorganic materials lighter than specific gravity, the surface of the molten solder of the solder bath is prevented from coming into contact with oxygen in the air, minimizing the generation of waste lead, and eliminating the need for adding an additional antioxidant to the molten solder. Cost savings and automated soldering machines can prevent contamination and smooth wave soldering.
