본 발명은 피리독신 5-옥소-2-피롤리돈 카르복길레이트의 제조를 위해 고형분말의 파리독신 염기와 피로글루타민산을 혼합하여 생성된 혼합물에 5-10% 물을 포함한 소량의 이소프로판을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 하기의 구조식을 가지고 이 제조공정에 있어서:
    고형분말로써 피리독신 염기와 피로글루타민산의 동량을 완전히 혼합하여 탈이온수 5-10%를 포함하는 소량의 이소프로판올을 첨가하여 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 피리독신 5-옥소-피롤리돈 카르복실레이트의 생산공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 페이스트형태의 반응 생성물을 결정상태의 공형이 형성될 때까지 방치해두고, 그다음 입자형성후 가열하여 진공건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 이소프로판올에서 결정을 형성시킴으로써 정제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
