Abstract
본 발명은 직,편물상에서 수축하는 폴리에스테르 연신사와 자발신장하는 고배향 미연신 폴리에스테르사의 수축차에 의해 뛰어난 이수축효과가 발현되어 풍부한 부피감과 우수한 드레이프성, 부드러움 촉감과 아울러 스펀라이크한 효과를 갖는 이수축혼섬사를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 비수수축률이 7~25%인 폴리에스테르 연신사(A사)와 연신공정을 거치지 않고, △n이 0.03~0.05인 고배향미연신 폴리에스테르사(B사)를 유체혼섬처리장치로 혼섬함에 있어서, B사의 공급률을 A의 공급률보다 7~15%로 높게 공급하여 B사에 의한 루프가 표면에 돌출하게 한 후 열처리장치를 이용하여 150℃이상의 온도로 0.05초 이상 열처리하여 표면에 형성된 B사의 루프를 수축 소거시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 이수축혼섬사의 제조방법.The present invention exhibits excellent shrinkage effect due to the shrinkage difference between polyester stretched yarns which are contracted on woven and knitted fabrics and highly oriented unstretched polyester yarns which are spontaneously elongated.
