Abstract

본 발명은 주변 이형재, 특히 성형 이형재의 결합을 개선시키기 위해 창유리를 처리하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 방법은 유리의 적어도 한 면의 일부를 하나 이상의 실란 및 유리 OH 그룹을 갖는 필름을 형성할 수 있는 조성물로 처리하는 과정을 포함한다.

Claims (20)

  1. 성형 이형재에 의해 피복되는 창유리 영역의 적어도 일부를 하나 이상의 실란 및 유리 OH 그룹을 갖는 필름을 형성할 수 있는 조성물로 처리함을 특징으로 하여, 창유리 주변에 대한 성형 이형재의 결합을 개선시키기 위해 일체형 또는 적층 창유리를 처리하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 성형 이형재가, 점도가 적절한 PVC와 촉매와의 혼합물을 열가소성 사출 성형 또는 반응성 사출 성형시키거나 감압하에 사출 성형시킨 다음 전자기 방사선에 의해 활성화시킴으로써 제조되는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 창유리 양면을 적어도 주변에서 처리하는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주변 에나멜 스트립의 적어도 한 부분에 상응하는 창유리의 하나 이상의 영역을 처리하는 방법.
  5. 제 1항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리 OH 그룹을 갖는 필름을 형성할 수 있는 조성물이 침착되어 적어도 부분적으로 중합되는, 실란을 기본으로 하는 필름을 침착시키는 방법.
  6. 제 1항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유리 OH 그룹을 갖는 필름을 형성할 수 있고 실란을 함유하는 조성물이 침착되어 적어도 부분적으로 중합되는 방법.
  7. 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 조성물이 열처리에 의해 중합되는 방법.
  8. 제 5 항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 조성물이 주위 온도에서 중합되는 방법.
  9. 제 1 항 네지 제 8 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 실란이 아미노실란 및 이소시아네이토실란으로 이루어진 그룹으로 선택되는 방법.
  10. 제 1 항 내지 제 9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물이 필수적으로 유리 OH 그룹을 갖는 폴리우레탄을 형성할 수 있는 성분을 포함하며, 폴리올 성분이 이소시아네이트 성분에 대해 과량인 방법.
  11. 제 10 항에 있어서, 조성물의 NCO 그룹 : OH 그룹의 비가 0.3 : 0.99인 방법
  12. 제 10 항 또는 제 11 항에 있어서, 조성물의 이소시아네이트 성분이 메틸렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트인 방법.
  13. 제 10 항 내지 제 12 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물의 폴리올 성분이 하나 이상의 장쇄 폴리올을 포함하는 방법.
  14. 제 10 항 내지 제 13 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물의 폴리올 성분이 분자량이 400이하인 하나 이상의 단쇄 폴리올을 포함하는 방법.
  15. 제 10 항 내지 제 14 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물의 폴리올 성분이 작용가가 2이상인 하나 이상의 폴리올을 포함하는 방법.
  16. 제 10 항 내지 제 15 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 조성물의 폴리올 성분이 유리 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리비닐 클로라이드의 공중합체를 포함하는 방법.
  17. 제 16 항에 있어서, 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 PVC 공중합체가 하기 일반식으로 표시되며 분자량이 대략 1,000 내지 100,000, 바람직하게 2,000 내지 50,000 이고, 비닐 클로라이드 골격은 대략 20 내지 95중량%이며 비닐 아세테이트 골격은 대략 2 내지 40중량%이고 비닐 알콜 또는 하이드록시에틸 아크릴레이트 골격은 대략 2 내지 40%중량인 방법.
  18. 창유리의 적어도 한 면의 주변 영역을 하나 이상의 실란 및 유리 OH 그룹을 갖는 필름을 형성할 수 있는 조성물로 처리함을 특징으로 하여, 창유리에 압출시킴으로써 부착되는 주변 이형재의 결합을 개선시키기 위해 일체형 또는 적층 창유리를 처리하는 방법.
  19. 성형시키기 전에 창유리를 제 1 항 내지 제 18 항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법으로 처리함을 특징으로 하여, 성형 이형재가 제공된 창유리를 제조하는 방법.
  20. 제 19 항에 따르는 방법을 사용하여 제조함을 특징으로 하는, 성형 이형재가 제공된 일체형 또는 적층 창유리.
