Abstract

내부용기의 외부용기 모두 금속으로부터 만들어진 금속제 진공이중벽용기와 그 제조방법이 제공된다. 전술에서, 적어도 외부 용기는 비커스경도 250­600인 강판을 압연하여 제조된 동체를 가진 외부용기는 이후 원형동체로 성형되고, 가공된 내부용기와 금속제 이중용기를 형성하도록 입구부에서 결합된다. 이 급속제 진공이중벽 용기는 이후 진공상태에서 200­600℃ 온도로 가열되고, 금속제 이중 벽용기의 두벽사이의 공간이 진공밀봉되어 최종제품을 형성한다.

금속제 진공이중벽 용기 및 그 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명 금속제 지공이중벽용기의 일실시예에 따른 스테인레스 스틸 보온병의 정단면도,
제2도는 스테인레스 강판의 저온어닐링과 관련한 가공율과 경도 사이의 관계를 도시한 그래프,
제3도는 본 발명 금속제 진공이중벽용기의 제2실시예에 따른 스테인레스 스틸 보온병의 정단면도,
제4도는 제3도와 동일한 보온병의 구성부재를 제조하는데 사용되는 테이퍼튜브(a taperd tube)의 정단면도,
제5도는 본 발명의 금속제 진공이중벽용기의 일실시예에 따른 스테인레스 스틸 도시락용 물병의 정단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. 금속제 진공이중벽용기에 있어서, 금속제의 내부용기와 금속제의 외부용기로 구성되며, 상기 내부용기와 외부용기가 그들 사이의 공간을 진공단열층의 역할을 하는 진공이중벽구조로 형성하도록 함께 결합되며, 적어도 상기 외부 용기가 압연에 의해 250­600의 비커스경도를 가진 강판으로부터 형성된 동체를 갖는 금속제 진공이중벽용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 상기 외부용기가 압연에 의해 비커스경도 250­600인 오스테나이트 스테인레스 강판으로 이루어진 동체를 갖는 금속제 진공이중벽용기.
  3. 적어도 외부용기의 강판을 250­600의 비커스경도로 압연하는 단계와; 상기 외부용기를 실린더형 동체로 성형하는 단계와; 상기 외부용기와 가공된 내부용기를 그것들의 입구부에서 결합하여 금속제 이중벽 용기를 제조하는 단계와; 상기 금속제 이중벽용기를 진공상태에서 200­600℃의 온도로 가열처리하는 단계와; 그리고 상기 금속제 이중벽용기의 두벽사이 공간을 진공밀봉하는 단계들로 이루어진 금속제 진공이중벽용기의 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 강도를 증가시키기 위해 오스테나이트 스테인레스 강판이 미리 가압압연되고, 이후 상기 외부용기가 압연, 인발, 벌징과 용접중에서 선택된 하나의 공정을 그 압연된 부재에 실시하므로써 제조되는 금속제 진공이중벽용기의 제조방법.
