Abstract

컴퓨터의 보조기억장치로 사용되는 하드디스크 드라이브에 있어서, 힌지축을 중심으로 스프링으로 탄지되는 잠금레바의 하단에 돌출력을 형성하며 피봇축을 중심으로 회동하는 액츄에이터의 몰딩부에 돌출 비임을 형성하여 상기 비임이 레바의 돌출턱에 걸려 고정되도록 구성된 액츄에이터 고정장치.

Claims (4)

  1. 컴퓨터의 보조기억장치로 사용되는 하드디스크 드라이브의 액츄에이터 고정장치에 있어서, 피봇축(72)을 중심으로 회동하는 액츄에이터(70)의 후단에 보이스코일(77)을 지지하는 몰딩부(15)에 후측으로 신장된 비임(30)을 형성하고, 상기 비임(30)의 고정위치에 잠금장치를 설치하되 상기 잠금장치는 힌지축(28)을 중심으로회동 가능하게 설치되는 잠금레바(10)의 하단에 돌출턱(15)을 형성하며 상기 잠금레바(10)은 힌지측(28)을 중심 양측에 인장스프링(21, 23)으로 탄지되도록 설치한 것을 특징으로 하드디스크 드라이브의 액츄에이터 잠금장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 돌출턱(15)은 경사면으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브의 액츄에이터 잠금장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 스프링이 힌지축(28)의 양측에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브의 액츄에이터 잠금장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 걸림턱(15)의 추축에 댐퍼(17)를 설치하여 액츄에이터의 잠금 동작시 완충작용을 할 수 있도록 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 하드디스크 드라이브의 액츄에이터 잠금장치.
