Claims (7)
- 하기 (a), (b), (c)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 피복된 금속 시이트; (a) 금속기관, (b) 이 금속기판(a)의 표면에 피복되어 있으며, 폴리불소화 비닐리덴과 경화제와 안료를 함유하는 도료의 열경화에 의해 얻어진 경화된 폴리 불소화 비닐리덴 도료의 층, (c) 이 경화된 폴리 불소화 비닐리덴 도료의 층(b)에 피복되어 있으며, 불소화 에틸렌 비닐 에테르와 경화제를 함유하는 도료의 열경화에 의 해 얻어진 경화된 불소화 에틸렌 비닐 에테르 도료의 층.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화된 폴리불소화 비닐리덴 도료의 층의 두께가 1-40㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복된 금속 시이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화된 불소화 에틸렌 비닐 에테르 도료의 층의 두께가 1-40㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 피복된 금속 시이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화된 불소화 에틸렌 비닐 에테르 도료의 층이 안료를 더 함유하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 피복된 금속 시이트.
- 하기 (a), (b), (c), (d)의 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 피복된 금속 시이트의 제조방법; (a) 금속 기판의 위에 폴리 불소화 비닐리덴, 경화제, 안료를 함유하는 폴리 불소화 비닐리덴 도료의 층을 형성하는 단계, (b) 이 폴리 불소화 비닐리덴 도료의 층은 겨아하는 단계, (C) 이 경화된 폴리 불소화 비닐리덴 도료의 층에 불소화 에틸렌 비닐 에테르와 경화제를 함유하는 불소화 에틸렌 비닐 에테르 도료의 층을 형성하는 단계, (d) 이 불소화 에틸렌 비닐 에테르 도료의 층을 경화시키는 단계.
- 수지의 시이트의 적어도 1면에 적층된 금속 시이트를 포함하는 금속-수지 복합 적층체에 있어서, 이 금속 시이트가 (a) 금속 기판; (b) 이 금속 기판(a)의 표면에 피복되어 있고 폴리 불소화 비닐리덴과 경화제와 안료를 함유하는 도료의 역경화에 의해 얻어진 경화된 폴리불소화 비닐리덴 도료의 층; (C) 이 경화된 폴리 불소화 비닐리덴 도료외 층(b)에 피복되어 있고, 불소화 에틸렌 비닐에테르와 경화제를 함유하는 도료의 열경화에 의해 얻어진 경화된 불소화 에틸렌 비닐 에테르 도료의 층으로 이루어지고 금속 시이트와 수지 시이트의 적층면이 경화된 불소화 에틸렌 비닐 에테르 도료의 층과 반대측인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-수지 복합 적층체.
- 2매의 금속 시이트와 수지 시이트를 가열된 적층 롤에 통하여 수지 시이트의 양면에 금속 시이트가 적층된 금속-수지 금속 복합체를 연속적으로 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 적어도 1면의 금속 시이트로서, (R) 금속 기판; (b) 이 금속 기판(a)의 표면에 피복되어 있고, 폴리 불소화 비닐리덴과 경화제와 안료를 함유하는 도료의 열경화에 의해 얻어진 경화된 폴리 불소화 비닐리덴 도료의 층 (c) 이 경화된 폴리불소화 비닐리덴 도료의 층(b)에 피복되어 있고, 불소화 에틸렌 비닐 에테르와 경화제를 함유하는 도료의 열경화에 의해 얻어진 경화된 불소화 에틸렌 비닐 에테르 도료의 층을 포함하는 금속 시이트를 사용하고, 이 금속 시이트의 (C)층을 적층롤측에 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속-수지-금속 복합체의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
