- 강철판, 스테인레스 강철판, 아연도금된 강철판, 아연도금된 합금 강철판, 복합 아연도금 강철판, 니켈도금된 강철판, 공지된 크롬 처리, 포스페이트 크롬 처리, 그리고 전기화학 크롬 처리와 같은 화학 전환 처리를 갖는 또다른 표면 처리 강철판; 강철판 표면 상에 직접 처리된 주석없는 강철과 같은 표면처리 강철판; 알루미늄 합금판 및 구리 강철과 같은 철없는 금속판; 그리고 상기의 화학 전환 처리된 강철판을 포함하는 금속판 (기재 판);페인트용 수지는 주요 성분으로서 폴리에스테르 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 우레탄 수지, 에폭시 수지 및 멜라민 수지 중의 하나를 포함하는 착색 페인트층;주요 성분으로서 폴리에스테르 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 우레탄 수지, 에폭시 수지 및 멜라민 수지 중의 하나를 포함하는 연질 수지층;접착제의 주요 성분으로서 폴리에스테르 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 우레탄 수지, 에폭시 수지 및 멜라민 수지 중의 하나를 포함하는 접착제층; 및폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리카르보네이트 수지, 폴리비닐 알코올 수지, 폴리프로필렌 수지, 및 비가소성 또는 가소성 비닐클로라이드 수지, 폴리메틸펜탄 수지, 셀룰로오스 트리아세테이트 수지, 셀룰로오스 디아세테이트 수지 등에서 형성된 필름을 포함하는 투명 수지 필름을 포함하는, 프로파일의 산술 평균 편차의 표면 거칠기(Ra)가 0 ㎛ 초과 10 ㎛ 이하인 수지 피복 금속판으로서,금속판의 적어도 한 면은 착색 페인트층, 연질 수지층, 접착제층 및 투명층에 의해 금속판의 측면으로부터 투명 수지 필름 방향으로 순서대로 하나씩 적층된 수지 피복 금속판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 연질 수지층이 주요 성분으로서 폴리에스테르 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 우레탄 수지, 에폭시 수지 및 멜라민 수지 중의 하나를 포함하는 경화부족의 혼합형 수지층인 수지 피복 금속판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 연질 수지층이 우레탄 수지가 100 중량%의 폴리에스테르 수지에 대해 0.5∼15 중량%의 우레탄 수지의 비로 폴리에스테르 수지 내에 경화제로서 첨가되는 폴리에스테르 수지의 페인트 피복층인 수지 피복 금속판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 연질 수지층이 카르복실기, 히드록실기, 가수분해성기 및 분자 내에 함유되어 있는 산 무수물기로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 작용기를 가짐으로써 제조된 개질 폴리올레핀 수지로 이루어진 필름인 수지 피복 금속판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 접착제층이 금속 분말인 안료를 포함하는 수지 피복 금속판.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 안료가 알루미늄 분말인 수지 피복 금속판.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 안료가 마이카 분말인 수지 피복 금속판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 투명 수지 필름의 양쪽 표면이 거울 마무리된 수지 피복 금속판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 투명 수지 필름이 이축 배향 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필름인 수지 피복 금속판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 패턴 프린팅층, 또는 패턴 프린팅층 및 고형 프린팅층이 상기 접착제층과 상기 연질 수지층 사이에서 형성된 수지 피복 금속판.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 패턴 프린팅층, 또는 패턴 프린팅층 및 고형 프린팅층이 상기 접착제층과 상기 투명 수지층 사이에서 형성된 수지 피복 금속판.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 연질 수지층이 우레탄 수지가 100 중량%의 폴리에스테르 수지에 대해 0.5∼15 중량%의 우레탄 수지의 비로 폴리에스테르 수지 내에 경화제로서 첨가되는 폴리에스테르 수지의 페인트 피복층인 수지 피복 금속판.
