Claims (6)
- 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극을 구비한 기체 방전 판넬의 휘도 조절 방법에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전극의 데이타에 따른 제 1 전극 온 타임주기와 상기 제 1 전극 온 타임주기 동안 가변적인 진폭을 가진 펄스를 상기 제 1 전극에 인가하여 휘도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 방전 판넬의 휘도 조절 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 펄스의 진폭은 최소 방전 개시 전압보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 방전 판넬의 휘도 조절 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 펄스의 진폭은 상기 제 1 전극 온 타임 기간의 최대 기간내에서 점차적으로 증가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 방전 판넬의 휘도 조절 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전극에 인가되는 펄스는 톱니파인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 방전 판넬의 휘도 조절 방법.
- 제 1 전극과 제 2 전극을 가진 N×M개의 기체 방전 셀들이 매트릭스로 배열된 기체 방전 판넬의 휘도 조절 방법에 있어서, 상기 N행의 하나의 제 1 전극들이 선택되는 기간동안 선형적으로 증가하는 진폭을 가지고 상기 M개의 제 2 전극에 표시될 데이타에 해당하는 주기를 가진 펄스를 상기 N행의 하나의 제 1 전극들이 선택되는 기간동안 상기 M개의 제 2 전극에 인가하여 휘도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 방전판넬의 휘도 조절 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 펄스는 톱니파인 것을 특징으로 하는 기체 방전 판넬의 휘도 조절 방법.
