Claims (5)
- 내연기관의 흡입공기통로를 구성하는 주유로(主流路)와, 흡입공기를 계측하는 열소자가 배치된 축방향 유로 및 그 하류의 경(徑)방향유로로 형성된 부유로(副流路)를 구비하고, 이 부유로 중 상기 축방향유로는 상기 주유로의 축중심에 대하여 편심(偏心)되어 배설되고, 또한 상기 부유로의 출구는 상기 경방향유로에 배설되고, 이 부유로의 출구의 하류에 주유로의 교축(絞縮) 및 스로틀밸브를 가진 열식(熱式) 공기유량계에 있어서, 상기 부유로 전체가 상기 주유로의 내부에 배치되고, 스로틀밸브의 개도(開度)의 증대에 따라서, 스로틀밸브가 멀어지는 영역에 상기 부유로의 출구가 배설되어 있는 동시에, 이 부유로의 출구로부터 출구의 폭만큼 하류에 떨어진 위치에 상기 주유로의 교축부가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열식 공기유량계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 주유로를 형성하는 부재와 상기 부유로를 형성하는 부재와를 일체로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 열식 공기유량계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 부유로의 출구부 하류보다 상류측이 돌출된 구조이고, 이 돌출부분이 상기 부유로의 출구개구에 대하여 상기 주유로의 흐름의 방풍벽으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열식 공기유량계.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 돌출부분의 상류측에 연료분사장치를 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 열식 공기유량계.
- 제 3 항의 열식 공기유량계의 제조방법에 있어서, 맞댐면 및 겹침면을 가진 상기 교축을 형성하기 위한 중형(中型)과, 그 중형과 상기 부유로를 형성하기 위한 2개의 분할가능한 중형을 사용하여 용재(溶材) 유입을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열식 공기유량계의 제조방법.
