Claims (26)

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 용기가 폴리비닐 알콜로 형성된 것이 특징인 기구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 용기가 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 용기인 것이 특징인 기구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합제가 공기 연행용 혼합제, 탈기용 혼합제, 촉진용 혼합제, 알칼리 반응성 경감제, 초가소제 및 펌핑조제로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택된 콘크리이트 첨가 혼합제인 것이 특징인 기구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합제가 감수용 혼합제, 응결 지연용 혼합제, 결합용 혼합제, 착색제, 부식 방지제, 투과성 경감제 및 섬유로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택된 콘크리이트 첨가 혼합제인 것이 특징인 기구.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 응결 지연용 혼합제가 리그노술포네이트인 것이 특징인 기구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합제가 살진균제, 살균제 및 살충제로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택된 콘크리이트 첨가 혼합제인 것이 특징인 기구.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합제가 작업성 향상제, 방습용 혼합제, 가스 발생제, 미분 광물질 혼합제 및 그라우팅제(grouting agent) 로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택된 콘크리이트 첨가 혼합제인 것이 특징인 기구.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 미분 광물질 혼합제가 시멘트계 물질, 포졸란, 및 포졸란계 및 시멘트계 물질로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택된 미분 물질인 것이 특징인 기구.
- 수용성 폴리(비닐알콜)용기와 이 용기중에 함유된 고체 리그노술포네이트로 이루어진 것이 특징인 콘크리이트 첨가 혼합제 기구.
- 수용성 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 용기와 이 용기중에 함유된 고체 리그노술포네이트로 이루어진 것이 특징인 콘크리이트 첨가 혼합제 기구.
- (a) 수용성 용기, (b) 그 용기중에 함유된 고체 혼합체 및 (c) 상기 용기를 함유하는 수불용성 용기로 된 것이 특징인 콘크리이트 첨가 혼합제 기구.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 용기가 폴리(비닐알콜) 용기인 것이 특징인 기구.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 용기가 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 용기인 것이 특징인 기구.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합제가 공기 연행용 혼합제, 탈기용 혼합제, 촉진용 혼합제, 알칼리 반응성 경감제, 초가소제 및 펌핑조제로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택된 콘크리이트 첨가 혼합제인 것이 특징인 기구.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합제가 수감량용 혼합제, 응결 지연용 혼합제, 결합용 혼합제, 착색제, 부식 방지제, 투과성 경감제 및 섬유로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택된 콘크리이트 첨가 혼합제인 것이 특징인 기구.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 응결 지연용 혼합제가 리그노술포네이트인 것이 특징인 기구.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합제가 살진균제, 살균제 및 살충제로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택된 콘크리이트 첨가 혼합제인 것이 특징인 기구.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합제가 작업성 향상제, 방습용 혼합제, 가스발생제, 미분 광물질 혼합제 및 그라우팅제로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택된 콘크리이트 첨가 혼합제인 것이 특징인 기구.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 미분 광물질 혼합제가 시멘트 물질, 포졸란, 및 포졸란 계 시멘트계 물질로 구성되는 군 중에서 선택된 미분 물질인 것이 특징인 기구.
- (a) 수용성 폴리(비닐알콜)용기, (b) 그 용기중에 함유된 고체 리그노술포네이트 및 (c) 상기 용기를 함유하는 수불용성 용기로 된 것이 특징인 콘크리이트 첨가 혼합제 기구.
- (a) 수용성 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 용기, (b) 그 용기중에 함유된 고체 리그노술포네이트 및 (c) 상기 용기를 함유하는 수불용성 용기로 된 것이 특징인 콘크리이트 첨가 혼합제 기구.
- (a) 수용성 용기중에 함유된 고체 혼합제를 습식 혼합기에 첨가하여 혼합물을 얻고, 이어서 (b) 생성된 혼합물을 충분한 시간 동안 진탕시켜 상기 수용성 용기를 용해시키는 것이 특징인 콘크리이트 특성 개질 방법.
- (a) 수용성 용기중에 함유된 고체 응결 지연용 혼합제를 습식 혼합기에 첨가하여 혼합물을 얻고, 이어서 (b) 생성된 혼합물을 충분한 시간 동안 진탕시켜 상기 수용성 용기를 용해시키는 것이 특징인 콘크리이트 응결 지연 방법.
- (a) 수용성 용기중에 함유된 고체 리그노술포네이트를 습식 혼합기에 첨가하여 혼합물을 얻고, 이어서 (b) 생성된 혼합물을 충분한 시간 동안 진탕시켜 상기 수용성 용기를 용해시키는 것이 특징인 콘크리이트의 응결 지연 방법.
- (a) 4-10중량%의 이산화황을 함유하는 산성 중아황산칼슘 용액의 혼합물 중에서 연목을 처리하는 공정, (b) 상기 혼합물을 100°-170℃로 4-10시간 동안 가열하는 공정, (c) 과량의 이산화항을 제거하고 상기 혼합물을 증발시켜 용적이 원래 용적의 약 1/2로 감소된 용액을 얻는 공정, (d)상기 용액을 염기로 중화시켜 중화된 용액을 얻는 공정, (e) 상기 중화된 용액을 발효시켜 크실로오스의 양을 약 10중량% 미만으로 줄이는 공정 및 (f) 과량의 물을 제거하는 공정으로 이루어지는 방법에 의해 제조된 리그노술포네이트 소정량을 습식 혼합기에 도입하는 것이 특징인 콘크리이트 응결 지연 방법.
