Claims (7)
- 예비재는 고화후 소망하는 묶음(코일) 중량에 해당하는 길이로 분할되고, 박슬랩은 균열로내에서 균질화되고, 이어서 조압연열에서 조압연되고, 다듬질열에서 다듬질압연되고, 냉각구역에서 냉각된뒤 권취기에서 권취되는, CSP-공정의 순차적 열간작업단계에 의해 연속주조된 예비제, 바람직하게는 박슬랩으로부터, 열간압연된 강대를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 1. 균질화에 이어 그리고 첫번째 조압연 통과전에 박슬랩을 1150℃ 이상의 온도로 가열하고, 2. 박슬랩을 조압연하고 이어서 재결정화하며, 3. 조압연된 스트립(강대)을 다듬질열을 위한 압연온도까지 냉각하고 이어서 다듬질 압연하는단계들을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 재결정화를 위한 조압연된 스트립을 권취하고 경우에 따라서는 열보존로내에 임시 저류하며, 재결정화에 이어 스트립을 다시 해권하고(풀고) 냉각되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 적어도 하나의 연속주조기, 적어도 하나의 재단기, 적어도 하나의 균열로, 조압연열, 다듬질열, 냉각구역 및 권취기를 가지고 제1항 또는 제2항에 의한 방법을 실시하기 위해 열간압연된 강대를 제조하는 장치에 있어서, -균열로(4,4')와 조압연열의 첫번째 압연기(8)의 사이에 가열장치(6)가 배설되어 있는것, -조압연열(8) 다음에 재결정화구역(9)이 배치되어 있는 것, 및 -다듬질열(14)의 첫번째 압연기 앞에 냉각장치(13)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 가열장치가 유도 가열기(6)인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 결정화구역(9)에는 권취장치(10)와 해권장치(11) 예컨대 코일박스가 배설되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 재결정화구역(9)에는 열보존도(12)가 할당배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제3항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 다수의 평형배치된 주조기, 재단기 및 균열로를 갖고 있으며, 균열로(4,4')와 가열장치(6) 사이에 수송체(17)가 배설되어 있고 그 수송체의 뒤에는 경우에 따라 축열로(19)가 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
