Claims (17)
- 라인을 따라서 이동하는 공작물에 대하여 생산적인 작업을 행하는 작업스테이션을 복수가진 생산라인에 의해서 이루어지는 생산공정을 관리하는 생산공정시스템으로서, 이 시스템이 생산적인 작업을 행하는 복수의 작업스테이션(1A∼1I)으로 이루어진 생산라인(1)과, 이 생산라인(1)에 연속으로 접속되고, 수정작업을 행하는 적어도 1개의 수정스테이션(1D, 1F)으로 이루어지는 수정라인과, 상기 생산라인과 수정라인을 통과해서 이동하는 상기 공작물팔레트(13)에 설치된 데이터캐리어(60)와, 상기 생산적인 작업결과의 불비점을 검출하고, 그 불비점의 내용을 상기 데이터캐리어(60)에 기록하는 기록수단(65)을 각각 가진 상기 복수의 작업스테이션과, 상기 생산라인과 수정라인과의 사이에 설치된 상기 데이터캐리어(60)의 내용을 판독하는 판독수단(64)과, 판독한 내용에 의거해서 수정지시를 작성하고, 상기 적어도 1개의 수정스테이션에 대해서 이 수정지시를 보내는 지시수단(53a, 55, 56)과, 이 지시스테이션으로부터 보내온 수정지시에 의거해서 수정작업을 행하는 상기 수정스테이션으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 생산공정관리시스템
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수정스테이션은 상기 수정내용을 표시하기 위한 표시수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 생산공정관리리시스템.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수정지시는, 수정개소를 특정하는 정보와 그 수정에 사용하는 공구를 특정하는 정보를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 생산공정관리시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 수정공구는 작업자에 의한 수동조작이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산공정관리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 데이터캐리어는, 마이크로파 통신회로와, 마이크로파로 외부의 작업스테이션으로부터 수령한 데이터를 RAM에 기록하는 회로와, 이 RAM으로부터 내용을 판독하여, 상기 마이크로파 통신회로를 통해서 외부의 상기 지시스테이션의 판독회로에 내보내는 회로를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 생산공정관리시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 작업스테이션은, 상기 데이터캐리어에 대하여, 마이크로파로 데이터를 보내는 회로를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 생산공정관리시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 지시수단은 상기 데이터캐리어로부터 마이크로파로 데이터를 수신하는 회로를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 생산공정관리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수정라인은 복수의 수정스테이션을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 생산공정관리시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 지시수단은 상기 생산라인과 수정라인과의 사이의 수정스테이션 위치에 설정되고, 이 지시수단은, 불비점개소와 그 수정에 필요한 공구와의 대응을 기억하는 제1데이터베이스와, 상기 복수의 수정스테이션에 구비된 공구에 관한 제2데이터베이스와, 상기 제1, 제2데이터베이스를 탐색해서, 각 수정스테이션마다, 그 각 수정스테이션에서 수정될 불비점과 그것에 사용되는 공구와의 짜맞춤을, 상기 수정지시로서 작성하는 탐색수단과, 상기 수정지시를 통신회선을 통해서 각 수정스테이션으로 분배하는 분배수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 생산공정관리시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 각 수정스테이션은, 스스로에 대한 수정지시의 내용을 표시하는 표시수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 생산공정관리시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 수정지시는, 복수의 수정부분을 특정하는 정보와, 그 각각의 수정에 사용하는 공구에 관한 정보와, 상기 복수의 수정부분에 대한 개개의 수정작업의 순서에 관한 정보를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 생산공정관리시스템.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 지시스테이션은 수정지시를 이 지시스테이션 다음에 위치하는 수정스테이션에 보내고, 각 수정스테이션은, 개개의 수정작업의 완료/미완료를 검지하고, 그 미완료의 수정작업을, 다음의 수정스테이션에 대해서, 그 다음의 수정스테이션에서 행하여야 할 수정지시로 변경하고, 이 수정지시를 상기의 다음의 수정스테이션에 통신회선을 사용해서 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산공정관리시스템.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 지시스테이션은, 수정지시를 이 지시스테이션의 다음에 위치하는 수정스테이션으로 보내고, 각 수정스테이션은, 공작물이 자기스테이션의 관할범위를 지났는지 여부를 판단하는 수단과, 상기 관할범위를 상기 공작물이 통과하였을 경우에, 다음의 수정스테이션에 대해서, 상기 수정지시를 넘겨주는 수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산공정관리시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 각 수정스테이션은, 하나앞의 수정스테이션으로부터 상기 수정지시가 넘겨줬을때에, 이 넘겨주어진 수정지시의 표시를 소정시간만큼 지연시켜서 상기 표시수단상에 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산공정관리시스템.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 각 수정스테이션은, 각 스테이션에서의 개개의 수정작업의 완료/미완료를 검지하는 수단과, 하나앞의 수정스테이션으로부터 상기 수정지시가 넘겨줬을때에, 상기 검지수단을 소정시간불능으로 하는 수단을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산공정관리시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수정스테이션에서의 작업은 사람손에 의해 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산공정관리시스템.
- 라인을 따라서 이동하는 공작물에 대하여 생산적인 작업을 행하는 작업스테이션을 복수가진 생산라인에 의해서 이루어지는 생산공정을 관리하는 생산공정관리시스템에 있어서, 생산적작업을 상기 작업스테이션에 있어서 행하였을때에, 그 작업결과의 불비점을 표시하는 데이터를 작업스테이션에 있어서 형성하고, 이 불비점을 표시한 데이터를, 상기 라인을 따라서 이동하는 공작물과 함께 이동하는 데이터캐리어에 기억하고, 상기 데이터캐리어의 내용을, 상기 생산라인에 연속으로 연결되는 적어도 하나의 수정스테이션으로 이루어진 수정라인의 앞단계에서 판독하고, 데이터캐리어로부터 판독한 불비점데이터에 의거해서, 상기 수정스테이션에 있어서 수정작업을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산공정관리방법.
