Abstract

치환된 스티렌은 간단한 저온 기법에 의해 합성된다, 보호된 페놀 스티렌을 염기의 존재하에 산 무수물, 디카보네이트, 할로겐 치환된 알킬 또는 산 클로라이드와 반응시켜 카보닐 치환된 스티렌을 생성시킨다. 생성물이 증류하지 않고 사용될 경도로 충분히 순수하여 증류로 인한 예상치 않은 수율 감소가 배제된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 치환된 4-하이드록시스테렌을 화학적으로 반응시켜 물질 조성물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는, 상기 치환된 4-하이드록시스티렌은 보호된 페놀을 염기로 처리하고 염기의 존재하에 생성된 탈보호된 페놀을 산 할라이드, 할로겐 치환된 알킬, 디카보네이트 및 산 무수물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 성분을 포함하는 시약과 상호작용시켜 제조하며, 상기 치환된 4-하이드록시스티렌을 미리 증류하지 않고 상기 화학반응에 적용함을 특징으로 하는, 물질 조성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 염기가 수산화 테트라알킬암모늄을 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물질 조성물이 적어도 50,000달톤의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 중합체를 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디카보네이트가 디-3급-부틸 디카보네이트를 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산 클로라이드가 일반식 X-SO2R'''(여기서, X는 할로겐이고, R'''는 아릴 또는 알킬 이다)의 화합물을 포함하는 법.
