- 지상동시방송방식 고품위 텔레비젼의 인코딩장치에 있어서, 고품의 텔레비젼 영상신호를 동적응 주사변환하여 베이스밴드 영상신호를 소오스 및 디스플레이 포맷으로 출력하는 동적응 주사변환부(14)와, 상기베이스밴드 영상신호를 수평축 : 수직축 : 시간축에 대하여 각각 8 : 8 : 4로 분할하여 256개의 서브블럭으로 만들고, 휘도저역성분과 색도성분은 12개의 서브블럭으로 제1 서브블럭을 구성하여 아나로그전용채널로 전송하며, 입력영상의 동작정보에 따라 상기 256개의 서브블럭중 22개의 제2서브블럭을 적응선택하여 디지탈의 위치정보와 함께 데이타언더채널로 전송하는 3차원 커드러춰 미러 필터 뱅크 및 적응선택부(16)와, 상기적응선택에 따른 전송프레임당 DC성분이 밀집된 낮은 주파수영역을 추출하고 디지탈 데이타로 변환하여 디지탈전용채널로 전송하며, 나머지 휘도고역성분은 데이타언더채널로 전송하는 YlQ DC데이타 전송부(18)와, 상기 적응선택에 따른 제2서브블럭에 대한 위치정보를 디지탈 데이타로 변환하여 데이타언더채널로 전송하는 필터선택데이타 전송부(20)와, 상기 제1,제2서브블럭에 대하여 진폭이 낮은 신호를 기준치의 최대허용 전송레벨까지 증폭하여 적응변조하는 적응변조부(22)와, 상기 적응변조에 따른 휘도저역성분 및 색도성분에 대하여 제1블럭적응상수를 산출하여 디지탈전용채널로 전송하는 제1블럭적응상수 전송부(24)와, 상기 적응변조에 따른 휘도고역성분에 대하여 제2블럭적응상수를 산출하여 데이타언더채널로 전송하는 제2블럭적응상수 전송부(26)와, 상기 적응변조부(22)에서 적응변조된 전송신호의 낮은 레벨의 신호를 비선형처리를 하여 높혀주는 전송감마처리를 하는 전송감마처리부(28)와, 오디오신호를 뮤즈방식으로 인코딩하는 오디오신호처리부(30)와, 상기 인코딩된 오디오신호를 상기 전송감마처리된 영상신호와 다중화하기 위해 전송테이프를 변환하는 전송레이트 변환부(32)와, 상기 제2서브블럭에 대한 위치정보와 제2블럭적응상수와 상기 전송감마처리된 영상신호와 상기 전송레이트 변환된 오디오신호를 입력하고, 아나로그신호를 줄여 상위 2비트에 데이타비트를 삽입하여 아나로그신호성분과 디지탈신호성분이 중첩된 형태인 데이타언더채널로전송하는 데이타언더 처리부(34)와, 상기 YIQ DC데이타 전송부(18)와 제1블럭적응상수 전송부(24)와 데이타언더처리부(34)의 아나로그전용채널, 데이타언더채널로 전송되는 각 데이타를 소정의 전송포맷으로 다중화하는 제1멀티플렉서(36)와, 시간축방향의 스크램블링을 하기 위한 의사랜덤번호 데이타를 발생하는 의사랜덤번호 데이타 발생부(38)와, 공간영역의 스크램블링을 하기 위한 의사랜덤번호 행어드레스와 의사랜덤번호 열어드레스를 상기 의사랜덤번호 데이타에 따라 전송 프레임당 각각 다른 순서로 발생하는 의사랜덤번호 어드레스 발생부(40)와, 소정 저장영역을 가지며 상기 다중화된 데이타를 저장하고 저장된 데이타를 상기 의사랜덤번호 행어드레스 및 의사랜덤번호 열어드레스에 의해 랜덤하게 출력하여 스크램블링하는 스크림블러(42)와, 상기 스크램블링된 신호 및 의사랜덤번호 데이타와 소정의 신호발생회로로부터 수평동기신호와 수직동기신호와 채널열화 보정용신호를 입력하여, 상기 스크램블링된 신호의 우수번째 라인신호와 상기 수평동기신호와 수직동기신호와 채널열화 보정용신호를 1채널 전송포맷으로 다중화하고, 상기 수평동기신호, 수직동기신호, 채널열화 보정용신호 구간에 수진측의 클럭재생을 용이하게 하기 위하여 "0(제로)"데이타를 삽입하여 상기 스크램블링된 신호의 기수번째 라인신호와 함께 Q채널 전송포맷으로 다중화하는 제2멀티플렉서(44)와, 상기 I채널 전송포맷의 데이타를 채널등화여파하는 제1채널등화필터(46)와, 상기 Q채널 전송포맷의 데이타를 재널동화여파하는 제2채널등화필터(48)와, 상기 채널등화여파된 I채널데이타와 Q채널데이타를 반송파로서 DSB-QM을 하여 고주파신호로 출력하는 출력변조부(100)로 구성하는 것을 특징으로하는 지상동시방송방식 고품위 텔레비젼의 인코딩장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 3차원 커드러취 미러 필터 뱅크 및 적응선택부(16)가 상기 256개의 서브블럭에 대하여 수평×수직의 8×8 단위영역으로 적응선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지상동시방송방식 고품위 텔레비젼의 인코딩장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 적응변조부(22)가 상기 제1,제2서브블럭에 대하여 각각 수평×수직의 5×5의 단위영역으로 적응변조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지상동시방송방식 고품위 텔레비젼의 인코딩장치.
- 지상동시방송방식 고품위 텔레비젼의 인코딩방법에 있어서, 고품위 텔레비젼의 베이스밴드신호를 수평축 : 수직축 : 시간축에 대하여 각각 8 : 8 : 4로 분할하며 256개의 서브블럭으로 만들고, 휘도저역성분과 색도성분은 12개의 서브블럭으로 제1서브블럭을 구성하여 아나로그전용채널로 전송하며 입력영상의 동작정보에따라 상기 256개의 서브블럭중 22개의 서브블럭을 제2서브블럭으로 적응선택하여 디지탈의 위치정보와 함께 데이타언더채널로 전송하는 서브블럭분할 및 적응선택과정과, 상기 적응선택에 따른 전송 프레임당 DC성분이 밀집된 낮은 주파수 영역을 추출하고 디지탈 데이타로 변환하여 디지탈전용채널로 전송하며, 나머지휘도고역성분은 데이타언더채널로 전송하는 YIQ DC데이타 전송과정과, 상기 적응선택에 따른 제2서브블럭에 대한 위치정보를 디지탈 데이타로 변환하여 데이타언더채널로 전송하는 필터선택데이타 전송과정과,상기 제1,제2서브블럭에 대하여 적응변조를 하는 적응변조과정과, 상기 적응변조에 따른 휘도저역성분 및 색도성분에 대하여 제1블럭적응상수를 산출하며, 휘도고역성분에 대하여 제2블럭적응상수를 산출하여 데이타언더채널로 전송하는 블럭적응상수 전송과정과, 상기 적응변조된 전송신호의 낮은 레벨의 신호를 비선형처리하여 높혀주는 전송감마 처리를 하는 전송감마 처리과정과, 오디오 신호를 뮤즈방식으로 인코딩하고 전송레이트 변환하는 오디오신호변환 과정과, 상기 제2서브블럭에 대한 위치정보와 제2블럭적응상수와 상기 전송감마 처리된 영상신호 및 오디오신호의 아나로그신호를 줄여서 상위 2비트에 데이타 비트를 삽입하여 아날로그신호성분과 디지탈신호성분이 중첩된 형태로 데이타언더채널로 전송하는 데이타언더처리과정과, 상기 YIQ DC 데이타 전송과정의 전송 데이타와 상기 블럭적응상수 전송과정의 제1블럭적응상수와 상기 데이타언더처리과정의 전송 데이타를 전송포맷으로 다중화하며, 상기 의사랜덤번호데이타와 상기 의사랜덤번호 데이타에 따른 의사랜덤번호 행,열어드레스에 의해 스크램블링하는 스크램블링과정과, 상기 스크램블링과정의 스크램블된 신호 및 의사랜덤번호데이타와 수평동기신호, 수직동기신호, 채널열화 보정용신호를 우수라인의 데이타는 I채널 전송포맷으로 다중화하고 기수라인의 데이타는 Q채널 전송포맷으로 다중화하는 전송포맷변환과정과, 상기 다중화된 I,Q채널데이타를 각각 채널등화여파하고 DSB-QM하는 출력변조과정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 지상동시방송방식 고품위 텔레비젼의 인코딩방법.

- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 적응변조과정이 상기 제1,제2서브블럭에 대하여 수평×수직의 5×5의 단위영역으로 적응변조하는 과정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 지상동시방송방식 고품위 텔레비젼의 인코딩방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전송포맷변환과정의 Q채널 전송포맷의 데이타가 상기 수평동기신호, 수직동기신호, 채널열화 보전용신호 구간에 수신측에서의 클럭재생을 용이하게 하기 위하여 ''0(제로)"데이타를 삽입하여 상기 스크램블링된 신호의 기수번째 라인 신호와 다중화되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 지상동시 방송방식 고품위 텔레비젼의 인코딩방법.
