Claims (14)
- 텔레비젼 수상기용 동조 시스템에서 사용하기 적합하며, 다수의 주파수 대역을 포함하는 비교적 광주파수 범위 전체를 통하여 발진할 수 있는 국부 발진기(60)로서, 제어 가능 전류 경로의 양단에 연결된 제1 및 제2전극과 상기 전류 경로에서 흐르는 전류를 제어하는 제어전극을 갖되, 상기 제1전극은 동작 전압원에 결합되고 상기 제2전극은 기준전위원에 결합된 증폭기로서 구성되는 트랜지스터(101)와; 상기 증폭기가 상기 주파수 범위 전체를 통하여 발진하도록 상기 증폭기를 상태조절하는 수단 (107,109,111,113)과, 가변용량성 소자(205)와, 직렬연결된 다수의 인덕터 (201,202,203,204)와, 대역선택신호원(30)과, 상기 인덕터 각각에 결합되어, 상기 대역선택신호 각각에 응답해서 상기 가변용량성 수단을 갖는 동조회로에서 상기 인덕터를 선택적으로 결합하는 다수의 스위치 수단(221,222,223,224)과, 상기 동조회로를 상기 제어전극에 결합하는 수단(215,217)을 구비하는 국부 발진기에 있어서, 상기 대역중 하나의 소정의 대역이 상기 선택된 대역에 상응하는 대역선택 신호에 응답하여 동조하도록 선택될때 상기 상태조절 수단에 결합되어 상기 대역중의 다른 소정의 대역에서 상기 증폭기가 발진하는 것을 디스에이블시키는 수단(131,133)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 국부 발진기.
- 상기 상태조절 수단이 상기 트랜지스터의 상기 두 전극사이에 결합된 용량성 궤환수단을 포함하는 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스에이블링 수단은 상기 용량성 궤환 수단의 상기 용량성 특성을 변형하는 용량성 변형수단(131,133)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 국부 발진기.
- 상기 상태조절 수단이 상기 제1 및 제2전극 사이에 결합된 제1캐패시터를 포함하는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디스에이블링 수단은 상기 제1전극과 제2전극 사이에 직렬로 결합된 제2캐패시터(131) 및 스위치 수단(133)을 포함하여, 상기 스위치 수단은 상기 선택된 대역에 상응하는 상기 대역 선택신호에 응답하여 상기 제1캐패시터와 병렬로 상기 제2캐패시터를 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 국부 발진기.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 인덕터(201,202,203,204)는 상기 기준전위점과 상기 제어전극사이의 상기 가변 용량성 소자(205)와 직렬로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 국부 발진기.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 트랜지스터(101)는 바이폴라 트랜지스터이며, 상기 제1, 제2 및 제어전극은 상기 바이폴라 트랜지스터의 콜렉터, 에미터 및 베이스 전극인 것을 특징으로 하는 국부 발진기.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 스위치 수단은 다이오드(221,222,223,224)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 국부 발진기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 용량성 궤환수단은 상기 제어전극과 제2전극 사이에 결합된 제1캐패시터(107)와, 상기 제1전극과 제2전극 사이에 결합된 제2캐패시터(109)와, 상기 제1전극과 상기 기준전위점 사이에 결합된 제3캐패시터(111)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 국부 발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출력은 상기 제1 및 제2전극중 한 전극에 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 국부 발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 트랜지스터는 공통 콜렉터 증폭기를 형성하도록 연결된 베이스, 에미터 및 콜렉터 전극을 갖는 바이폴라 트랜지스터(101)이며, 상기 트랜지스터의 상기 두 전극간에 결합되어 상기 공통 콜렉터 증폭기가 상기 주파수 범위를 통하여 발진하도록 상기 증폭기를 상태조절하는 용량성 궤환수단(109)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 국부 발진기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디스에이블링 수단은 상기 선택된 대역에 상응하는 상기 대역선택신호에 응답하여 상기 용량성 궤환수단의 용량특성을 변형시키는 용량성 변형수단(131,133)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 국부 발진기.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 상태조절수단은 상기 베이스 전극과 에미터 전극사이에 결합된 제1캐패시터(107)와, 상기 에미터 전극과 콜렉터 전극 사이에 결합된 제2캐패시터(109)와, 상기 콜렉터 전극과 기준전위점 사이에 결합된 제3캐패시터(111)를 포함하고, 상기 디스에이블링 수단은 상기 에미터 전극과 콜렉터 전극 사이에 직렬로 결합된 제4캐패시터(131)와 스위치 수단(133)을 포함하며, 상기 스위치 수단은 상기 선택된 대역에 상응하는 대역선택신호에 응답하여 상기 제2캐패시터와 병렬로 상기 제4캐패시터를 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 국부 발진기.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 인덕터는 상기 기준전위점과 상기 베이스 전극 사이에서 상기 바렉터 다이오드와 직렬로 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 국부 발진기.
- 제9항에 있어서, 출력은 상기 콜렉터 및 에미터 전극중 한 전극에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 국부 발진기.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 출력은 상기 에미터 전극에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 국부 발진기.
