Claims (9)
- 유도전동기의 속도 오차를 판별하여 속도 비례적분 제어하는 제1스텝과, 유도전동기의 회전자 자속 오차를 판별하여 자속비례적분제어하는 제2스텝과, 유도전동기의 슬립가속도를 연산하여 적분하는 제3스텝과, d-q축 고정자 전류명령값을 연산하여 유도전동기의 상전류명령값을 발생하는 제4스텝과, 상기 상전류명령값과 유도전동기의 3상 전류값간의 오차를 판별하면 전류를 비례적분제어하는 제5스텝과, 삼각파와 상기 비례적분 제어된 상전류값을 비교하여 기본 펄스폭 변조신호를 발생하는 제6스텝과, 상기 기본 펄스폭 변조신호를 분배하는 제7스텝과, 상기 분배된 신호를 이용하여 유도전동기를 제어하는 제8스텝으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 유도전동기의, 슬립각속도 연산방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1스텝은 외부에서 입력되는 유도전동기의 정상속도 명령값과 엔코더에 의해 검출된 현재속도값을 비교하여 속도오차 발생여부를 판별하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도전동기의 슬립각속도 연산방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2스텝은 정상 지속 명령값과 q축 고정자 전류 및 q축 고정자 전압에 토대로 연산된 현재 자속값을 비교하여 자속오차 발생여부를 판별하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도전동기의 슬립각속도 연산방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3스텝의 슬립각속도는 q축 고정자 전류 및 q축 고정자 전압과 d축 회전자자속을 토대로 연산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도전동기의 슬립각속도 연산방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3스템에서 적분된 적분출력값은 롬테이블에 입력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도전동기의 슬립각속도 연산방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상전류명령값은 속도 비례적분 제어함으로 발생된 q축 고정자 전류와 자속비례적분 제어함으로써 발생된 d축 고정자 전류를 이용하여 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도전동기의 슬립각속도 연산방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기본 펄스폭 변조 신호를 6개의 신호로 분배되어 인버터에 입력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도전동기의 슬림각속도 연산방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기본 펄스폭 변조 신호를 6개의 신호로 분배되어 인버터에 입력된 후 유도전동기에 인가될 전압을 발생하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도전동기의 슬립각속도 연산방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 롬 테이블에 입력된 적분기 출력값은 기준 전류 명령값 발생부에 입력되어 기준 전류 명령값을 발생토록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유도전등기의 슬립각속도 연산방법.
