Description
Claims (11)
- 2종의 폴리프로필렌게 중합체의 코어 성분으로 이루어진 병렬형 복합구조를 가지며 그의 복합비가 1 : 2 내지 2 : 1 이며 또한 한쪽의 코어 성분의 Q값(여기서, Q=중량평균분자량/수평균분자량)이 6이상이고 다른쪽의 코어 성분의 Q값이 5 이하인 코어부와 융점이 2종의 코어 성분중 낮은 쪽의 융점보다도 20℃ 이상 낮은 폴리에틸렌게 중합체의 시이드 성분으로 이루어지고 코어부와의 합계량을 기준으로 하여 25 내지 55중량%의 비율로 코어부를 피복시키는 조건(이하, 시이드부의 조건이라고 함)을 적어도 만족시키는 시이드부로 이루어진 열접착성 복합섬유를 적어도 30중량% 함유하며, 열접착성 복합섬유의 시이드부의 섬유간 접착부에 의해 안정화되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열접착성 복합섬유의 시이드부가 상기 조건을 만족시키는 부직포.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열접착성 복합섬유의 시이드부가 상기 조건을 만족시킴과 동시에 시이드부의 다수의 각 부분에 있어서 시이드 성분으로 이루어진 줄무늬상 응집부가 형성되어 있는 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열접착성 복합섬유의 2종의 코어 성분중 적어도 한쪽의 폴리프로필렌계 중합체가 폴리프로필렌인 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열접착성 복합섬유의 2종의 코어 성분중 적어도 한쪽의 폴리프로필렌게 중합체가 프로필렌과 프로필렌 이외의 소량의 α-올레핀과의 공중합체인 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열접착성 복합섬유의 시이드 성분의 폴리에틸렌계 중합체가 폴리에틸렌인 부직포.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열접착성 복합섬유의 시이드 성분의 폴리에틸렌게 중합체가 에틸렌 성분이 98 내지 60중량%인 에틸렌-아세트산 비닐 공중합체인 부직포.
- 2종의 폴리프로필렌게 중합체를 각각 2종의 코어 성분용으로, 또한 융점이 2종의 폴리프로필렌게 중합체의 낮은 쪽의 융점보다도 20℃ 이상 낮은 폴리에틸렌계 중합체를 시이드 성분용으로 각각 사용하여 복합방사하고, 2종의 코어 성분으로 이루어진 병렬형 복합구조를 가지며 그의 복합비가 1 : 2 내지 2 : 1이고 또한 한쪽의 코어 성분의 Q값(여기서, Q=중량평균분자량/수평균분자량)이 6이상이고 다른쪽의 코어 성분의 Q값이 5 이하인 코어부를, 시이드 성분으로 이루어진 시이드부가 코어부와의 합계량을 기준으로 하여 25 내지 55중량%의 비율로 피복시킨 구조의 복합 미연신사를 수득하고, 복합 미연신사를 1단 이상의 연신 공정으로 연신하여 열접착성 복합섬유를 제조하고, 당해 열접착성 복합섬유를 적어도 30중량% 함유하는 웹을 제조하여 시이드 성분의 융점보다 높고 2종의 코어성분중 낮은쪽의 융점보다도 낮은 온도에서 가열처리함을 특징으로 하는 부직포의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 연신공정에 있어서, 복합 미연신사를 상온 내지 130℃의 연신온도에서 총합연신배율로서 1.3 내지 9배로 연신하여 열접착성 복합섬유를 제조하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 연신공정에 있어서, 복합 미연신사를 연신하기에 앞서 당해복합미연신사를 비긴장하에 80℃이상 내지 시이드 성분의 융점 이하의 온도에서 10초 이상 가열처리한 후에 상온으로 냉각시키고, 이어서 상온에서 1.3 내지 2배로 제1단 연신을 수행하고, 계속해서 이완시키지 않고 80℃ 이상에서 시이드 성분의 융점보다도 낮은 온도로 제2단 연신을 수행하며, 이때의 연신배율을 제2단 연신에서의 최고 연신배율의 90% 이상으로 하여 시이드부에 응집부 형성성 부분을 가진 열접착성 복합섬유를 제조하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 복합방사 공정에서, 코어 성분용의 폴리프로필렌계 중합체 및 시이드 성분용의 폴리에틸렌계 중합체중 적어도 한쪽에 폴리실옥산 및 불소 화합물중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 피첨가 중합체를 기준으로 하여 0.05 내지 1.0중량% 첨가하고 복합방사함으로써 수득된 복합 미연신사를 연신하여, 시이드부에 응집부 형성성 부분을 가진 열접착성 복합섬유를 제조하는 방법.
