Claims (3)
- 중성 말단기를 갖고 평균 분자량이 1,000이하인 경량 생성물을 50ppm 이하의 양만큼 함유한 퍼플루오로폴리에테르를 작동액으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 진공펌프로 5×10-4토르 이하의 진공을 발생시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균 분자량 1,000이하인 퍼플루오로폴리에테르의 함량이 30ppm 이하인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로폴리에테르의 점도 범위가 사용된 펌프의 함수로 40-350cSt인 방법.
