Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 대형 디젤엔진으로부터 배출되는 배기가스를 정화하는 방법에 있어서, 대형 디젤엔진으로부터 나오는 배기가스를 대략 100℃로 냉각시키고, 냉각된 배기가스를 분사된 디젤연료와 접촉시켜서 배기가스에 포함된 탄화수소를 디젤연료 입자에 응축시키고, 이와같이 처리된 배기가스로부터 응축물 입자를 분리시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 디젤엔진의 배기가스 정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디젤연료를 압축공기와 함께 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 디젤엔진의 배기가스 정화방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 응축영역에 배기가스가 머무는 시간이 대략 0.5초인 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 디젤엔진의 배기가스 정화방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 배기가스의 냉각은 2단계로 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 디젤엔진의 배기가스 정화방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1단계에서 열교환기에 의해 냉각을 행하고, 제2단계에서 열교환기와 분사되는 디젤연료 사이에서 배기가스에 물을 분사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 디젤엔진의 배기가스 정화방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 응축영역에서 분리된 응축물은 디젤연료의 탱크로 보내는 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 디젤엔진이 배기가스 정화방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 디젤연료의 탱크의 저면영역으로부터 상기 응축물의 일부가 정기적으로 배출되어 대형 디젤엔진에서 사용될 연료로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 디젤엔진의 배기가스 정화방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 디젤연료는 높은 비등점을 갖는 연료인 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 디젤엔진의 배기가스 정화방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 연료는 평지씨(repe seed)오일-메틸-에스테이르인 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 디젤엔진의 배기가스 정화방법.
- 대형 디젤엔진에 연결된 배기관에는 배기가스의 흐름방향으로 열교환기, 응축영역 및 분리기가 차례로 설치되고, 응축영역에는 1개 이상의 노즐이 설치되고, 또한 디젤연료의 탱크와 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 대형 디젤엔진의 배기가스 정화장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
