Claims (8)
- 절연상태를 유지하면서 교대로 배치되며, 분해가능하도록 조립되는 복수의 양극판(2)과 음극판(4)으로 구성되는 전극군을 1개 이상 사용하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극군을 이용한 금속의 전해정련방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전해조에 대한 전극판(2), (4)의 침전 및 꺼내는 작업과 전극판(2), (4)에 대한 다양한 처리작업이 전극군별로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극군을 이용한 금속의 전해정련방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전해조로부터 전극판을 꺼내며, 전극판(2), (4)에 대한 처리작업, 전해조에 대한 전극판(2), (4)을 다시 침전시키는 등의 일련의 과정이, 양극판(2)과 음극판(4)이 이송장치(l00)에 동시에 지지되어 있음에 의해, 연속적으로 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극군을 이용한 금속의 전해정련방법.
- 제1항∼제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전극군이 형틀(1)을 이용하여 조립되며, 전극군이 전해조로부터 꺼내어진 후 전극군은 분해되고, 이송되는 동안이나 이송된 후, 형틀(1)로부터 분리된 양극판(2)과 음극판(4)은 동시에 매달려서 다양한 처리가 실시되며, 그 후 전극판(2), (4)은 다시 전극군으로 조립되어, 전해조에 침전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극군을 이용한 금속의 전해정련방법.
- 제1항∼3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전해조로부터 전극군이 꺼내진후 양극판(2)으로부터 형틀(1)이 분리되며, 전극판(2), (4)이 다시 조립되기 전에 형틀(1)이 양극판(2)에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극군을 이용한 금속의 전해정련방법.
- 전극군을 형성하기 위한 것으로, 전기절연재로 만들어지며, 형틀(1)을 구성하고 양극판(2)을 지지하는 2개의 프레임(11), (12), 양극판(2)을 고정시키는 고정수단(10), 다른 형틀(3)을 연결시키기 위한 연결부재(40) 및 전극판의 가로대의 접촉을 방지하기 위한 단락방지수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극군을 형성하는 형틀.
- 제6항에 있어서, 형틀(1)은 양극판(2)의 외측 가장자리를 둘러싸도록 직사각형이며, 복수의 고정수단(20)은 각각 2개의 프레임의 사이에 삽입된 상태로 설치된 한 쌍의 못(21a), (21b)으로 구성되고, 연결부재(40)는 그 사이에 음극판(4)을 지지하기 위하여 인접한 형틀을 향해 연장된 2개의 프레임 중의 한쪽 프레임의 양쪽 단부로부터 돌출된 한 쌍의 띠(41), (42)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극군을 형성하는 형틀.
- 제7항에 있어서, 형틀(1)의 측면 외주면의 일부와 바닥 외주면에 간극(50)이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극군을 형성하는 형틀.
